HEARTinator
With the Hoff out of favour ATM, will we get to see more of this? Gotta luv the way he comes off the bench circa v Reds, Feb 2015 Edited March 29, 2015 by HEARTinator
jw1739
He was re-signed until the end of 2015-16 by van 't Schip (as was Williams), so unless a mutual termination is agreed he is with us one more season. It certainly seems as though he is now behind Safuwan and Retre in the pecking order, but is it that or is he unavailable for some reason? If it's the pecking order, why not try him at CF again, as has been suggested by others? It's where he used to play. Once Kennedy runs out of puff he could come off the bench. Not as if we have any other real candidates. If not in the remaining games of this season, in next pre-season? Otherwise he is just more dead wood. Fox said something about him "having a set back" or some such. This suggests he's simply not available. As per usual CFG is keeping us supporters right up to date. kingofhearts
Hope Hoff is fit soon because some of the better teams will tear Retre a new one. He's too slow IMO. Retre just gives us nothing going forward.
Nate
Would keep Hoff purely because he's now an experienced player who is versatile, wouldn't be earning too much and probably wouldn't demand a gig anywhere else. The perfect squaddie, which in a salary capped league is something every club needs.

Retre just gives us nothing going forward. We have forwards to go forwards. Heck we even have some midfielders to go forward. Don't see why every left/right back needs to be an ovelapping type. Would be happy to have a solid, dependable defender for a change IMO.
Jovan
Modern football. Overlapping attacking fullbacks, false 9s, inverted wingers. Shit I feel old and cranky.
Murfy1
Very cryptic tweet from Hoffman today: Tough times don't last. Tough people do! https://twitter.com/JHoff28/status/587827420511612928 Hasn't even made the bench in the past 6 games. I think there's a good chance he won't see out his contract.

Shahanga
When you are a professional footballer who is fit but not playing, I imagine it would be very tough. his tweet makes perfect sense. Whether he has a light at the end of the tunnel who knows, but maybe he is just motivating himself and providing hope to his supporters. NewConvert
I reckon the only one that will survive out of the 4 of duga willo hoff and ramsay will be willo. Well Willo and Hoff have contracts. That is a big assist for them. Ramsay and Duga's contracts come to an end soon and so they can be released by the club. Hoff and Willo would need to agree to an early contract termination. Willo at least is getting on the bench and getting some game time so I presume that he will most likely survive.
