Are formal coaching accreditations required when coaching young players at an A-League club Academy or at an assistant level with the seniors? The only reason I'm not wrapped with it is that we're having a great few months for the youth team and if we're going to get promoted we'd have to be perfect from here on out and a coaching change can't be great for that.
