jw1739
Think you'll find he possibly is already - as Orlando's injury replacement. Which in effect will be most if not all of the season. Then we can keep him next year if he's good and we like each other.
Heart_fan
^^ Its a good deal really. Who knows, someone else may get injured knowing our luck, and he could take their role too
mus-28
Sydney fans seemed to be pretty impressed by him during their tour of Italy where he was one of their triallists. Hopefully he's another diamond in the rough that has been grafting away in the lower leagues and can step it up when given the opportunity. billyheart
Like the sound of it. Adds depth. Much needed depth! No don't need to rush Germano's fitness or Paddy G into MF. How'd Kisnorbo look?
Deluka
if he is engelaar's replacement, he has a lot to play for. Especially if Germano is released at the end of the season. He sounds like he put in a good shift.

FB.
So is this where all the money went from the Bolton, Collosimo, Thompson, Fred delistings? To some Italian player plucked from the 5th div and an over the hill maltese midget?

marteaux
Apart from not resigning Garcia and signing Kewell, mismanagement of players and injuries and clogging our list with 'dead wood'...I've learnt to bother worrying about it and impede my enthusiasm though. Heart_fan
Not sure how you could not be excited about this season, shapes up really well. I agree but with some reservations. The coach and players now have to deliver, which has been the hard part for us.
Sash
Well, I think some aspects of this pre season have been pretty shit, but if we sign Mifsud and key players stay relatively injury free, I think we can have a good season.

Shahanga
An unknown import. Well at least that means he's not over the hill. The best imports we've seen in this league have been unheralded. Guys like Berisha, Broich, Van Dyk. Some of the "big names" were completely useless (Deane, Jardel) so I'm not prejudging anything. I do know though that i expect an import to be better than a local. "As good" just doesn't cut it.

Red or Dead
The only negative thing I've heard about this guy is that he played in Italy's fourth division...which doesn't really say much about how good or bad he is. Those who saw him trial for Heart only had good things to say about him and reading a couple of articles he was a bit of a live-wire for us when he came on. So I reckon this guy might be alright. Can't be any worse than Hoffman or Thompson. If he helps our club wake up from our second-half slumbers, I'll be happy

Can't be any worse than Hoffman or Thompson. If he helps our club wake up from our second-half slumbers, I'll be happy Agreed. The much-admired Adrian Madaschi was playing Serie C before he came to us. If there were no good players in lower leagues around the world then there'd be no-one to "discover." We should judge Migliorini by how he performs in our team, not by where he came from.
