But I do want to see some exciting football and have a crack at winning the toilet seat... There is no master plan. When Simon Pearce says it will all become clear in 5 more years it is just an admission that they've stuffed up the first five. If CFG was so good for football, then the UAE and UAE clubs would be on top of the world. They're not. I am more disillusioned this season than in any previous one. As for Yeboah - Koln are 15th out of 20 in Germany's 3rd Liga, one step above the regional leagues - he has not had much football in the past two seasons and plenty of injuries. FMD, surely we can find someone better?

mus-28
Ross McCormack not keen to return to CCM, trying to get a loan to Motherwell. We could certainly do worse when Bruno inevitably leaves.

jw1739
McCormack is probably as good as we could get in a midseason transfer window, but the Fornaroli Stand-Off has destroyed any residual faith I had of our club making a sensible decision on anything. jw1739
On the club web-site: https://www.melbournecityfc.com.au/news/anthony-caceres-loan-ends Personally, I'm disappointed. When he joined us I thought he was a player of great promise, but he never quite delivered. All the best to him for the future.

fensaddler
La Rocca would also appear to be surplus to requirements. Could also see Griffiths and O'Halloran going too. I guess we're all assuming that Bruno will go. Incoming, we need a striker and a winger, maybe even a genuine creative 10. Otherwise the squad looks OK. Would be a shame for him to go prematurely.

Griffiths won't have helped his cause getting sent off, and always looked surplus once Baccus arrived and established a starting spot. CityHeart
this window will give us a good insight to how things are really going. Do we have our $h!t together at all? Can we not see that not many teams out there (if any) really have it all together either, and the this is the 2nd season in a row that the title is there for the taking. Victards will probably win it again, as they are least basket-case team in the league generally. We just need to finally get it together - need to improve the final third of the field. We will just make a mess of the list yet again Im sure.
