Fuck north terrace sounds like a mess these days

serious? according to everybody except you it was amazing...

We know you're a Victory fan but yes, I thought they sounded very impressive on the TV last night.

Even though we did it first, your Tifosi Amesterdam sounds a million times better (ie isn't done at a million miles an hour)

They did sound great and I look forward to the day, with the weight of numbers, that we sound similar to them and the RBB for that matter.

From the NT Facebook Page:

On Monday night, the North Terrace was as good as it has been for a long time, and everybody involved should be proud of their effort.

That said, there is still room for improvement and certain things that need to be stamped out.

1) The persistent throwing of bottles is not on. Some people think it is funny or clever to launch bottles at the front row, the drummer, the capi or just in general. It's not. One of the ball boys was nearly hit with a glass stubby thrown from the crowd on Monday. This shit needs to stop.

2) The front few rows are for the crews and terrace leaders. Crews and terrace leaders need to be able to fill this area. You are not a crew member or terrace leader just because you bought a Fred Perry polo or a Stone Island jacket. Leave this area for the faces you see every week filling up that area so they can lead the terrace properly.

3) While standards and banners are encouraged. Keep them relevant and fan-made. We are not Liverpool. We don't want to see You'll Never Walk Alone standards, and we don't want to see professionally made fence banners. Bring the colour, but keep it Melbourne.

Things to work on for the next home game in a few weeks.

I guess, but if it helps with organisation it's kinda understandable.

Still cunts though.

Bare in mind that the NT is three bays wide and when they mentioned the crews they mean a total of 50 ppl (I am sure not all 50 ppl are needed to organise The Terrace).

Also these are the same type of ppl that used to always lurk around The Gimp late on Derby Day.

Georgievski recalled to Macedonian NT and already fiming as a fan favourite on the other side of town.

Fuck sake, I know people from the club read the forum, please sign the players I say we should sign before Victory next time. We'd have a non-visa player with CL and international experience that's good for this level and can play left back, rather than fucking Ramsay playing left back.

Surely they could have just written: please refer to the terrace inclusive act 2014.

Losing to Perth. Wow what a joke of a club. Fold them immediately and bring in South Melbourne. Laughing stock of the aleague.

Berisha is overrated. He never scores his own goals and they have no midfield.

Congrats on successfully trolling a bunch of clueless Visitors fans on their forum with this post, would lol again.

A woman and a child received burns after flares were set off at the Melbourne Victory v Brisbane Roar game on Friday night.

The woman aged in her 20s and boy, aged 12, are not related but both received burns after several flares were set off at the A-League soccer match held at Etihad Stadium.

Two teenage boys have been arrested and are assisting police.

North West Metro Commander Rick Nugent said it was highly dangerous and illegal to let off flares, yet the criminal activity continued to increase.

He said last season there were eight incidents where flares were let off, but since this season began on October 10, 38 flares had been let off and 200 chairs broken.

"Flares are extremely dangerous," Commander Nugent said.

"They can burn at more than 1000 degrees Celsius and are not designed to be released in highly populated areas. As we saw last night, people can get and will get injured if this behaviour continues," he said.

Commander Nugent said police would not tolerate flares at sporting events. This season, 30 people have been arrested at Victorian A-League soccer matches.

"Irresponsible violence and criminal damage should not be infiltrating sport in Victoria," he said.

He said police were working with the Football Federation Australia, the stadiums, the clubs and security to improve safety for fans but more was needed.

"There were approximately 22,000 people in attendance last night and while we know that the majority of people are well-behaved, there are a certain group of individuals within the active supportive groups who go to matches with an alternative motive.

"The troublemakers are not there to watch the match; they attend to engage in criminal activity and anti-social behaviour," he said.

Anyone with information regarding last night's incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report at crimestoppersvic.com.au

This and other similar retarded behaviour is why I have never supported that club.
