Torn Asunder
May get a game against Arsenal if his lone club get through their current round cup match. Pardew says the short term lone spell is due to the Reserve comp shutting down over xmas. Newcastle website reports that Good's senior debut for the club is inevitable this season. If he plays against Arsenal in a knock out game, what a test and what a way for his club to see him in action at a pretty high level before they risk playing him in the senior team

Buddy Franklin was also there in a suit telling the boys to lift and Good said "I'm staying here for ever". Roff coolstarybra.tif
Che
Bradford earned an FA Cup second-round replay as James Hanson's second-half equaliser earned a 1-1 draw against League One opponents Brentford. The Bantams went behind in the 42nd minute when Brentford's leading scorer Clayton Donaldson gave the visitors the lead against his home town club after a moment of misfortune by debutant defender Curtis Good. Paul Hayes and Adam Forshaw were involved in the build-up down the right and, when the Australian-born youngster - on loan from Newcastle United - made a challenge, the ball ran free to Donaldson, who fired low into the far corner of the net to give the away side a 1-0 half-time lead. Bradford manager Phil Parkinson made three substitutions in the 60th minute, bringing on leading scorer Nahki Wells, Gary Jones and Will Atkinson and they put new life into the home side, who scored a deserved equaliser after 70 minutes. The Bees' defence failed to clear Atkinson's cross and when debutant Blair Turgott, on loan from West Ham, saw his shot rebound from a defender, James Hanson fired in the rebound from 10 yards. Then, Wells almost won the match for the Bantams 10 minutes later but he was denied by the post. Doesn't sound like he had the best of debuts... Good for brentford though
Che
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20639664 Awks for Curtis, turns out he was ineligible for the game that he played in, Bradford have thus been expelled from the FA Cup. yelawolf
played this morning at LB in Bradford's 3-1 over Villa. had a good game, can only remember him being beaten once and despite his teammates efforts of hoofing it long, he did try and play it short and on the ground etc. needs to go to a better team with a better standard of football next season if he is gonna develop his technical skills imo Edited January 8, 2013 by yelawolf
ToonHeart
played this morning at LB in Bradford's 3-1 over Villa. had a good game, can only remember him being beaten once and despite his teammates efforts of hoofing it long, he did try and play it short and on the ground etc. needs to go to a better team with a better standard of football next season if he is gonna develop his technical skills imo TBH, he'd make a better CB then Williamson if we recalled him back. Christ that guy is hopeless. With potentially Coloccini leaving, S. Taylor being injured as usual and Williamson just being shite their may be an opportunity for him in the first team next season as a squad rotation or substitute. Depending on what division we are in with the Championship looking the more likely.
Murfy1
Good will only be a Bradford for a short while: Bradford City have extended the loan deal of Newcastle United's teenage defender Curtis Good by a further month. Good initially joined Bradford in November and he has made three appearances during his time with the League Two club. He will now stay at Valley Parade until February 2 and Bradford's assistant manager Steve Parkin is happy to have retained the Australian. "Curtis is a really talented individual and a smashing lad," said Parkin in the Telegraph & Argus. "We've seen him play a couple of really good games and he came on at Morecambe and did well at left back for us. "We're thin on the ground with defenders and he's left footed which helps because he can play two positions." The 19-year-old joined Newcastle on a six-year contract from Melbourne Heart last summer, but he has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Premier League club. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11678/8380799/Bradford-City-extend-loan-deal-of-Newcastle-defender-Curtis-Good It looks like Curtis went to Bradford to play cup football and play against some EPL clubs like Aston Villa. Since it's a short term loan to Bradford I reckon it's good for his development.

Deluka
Curtis Good injured in an U21 match against Norwich City. Being a Sunderland A.F.C. supporter, It doesn't look like he'll be on the bench against us (means i won't have to cheer against my own team), so that's a relief. Hopefully it's just a knock and he'll be able to keep performing well for the U21 side. It's also good to see his coach speaking highly of him.  http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-know-full-extent-2573610
