Like the killer ball he passed across the penalty area and it landed right on the feet of 2 of our players and they had no idea wtf was happening. The blokes Koren is used to playing would have been waiting for that and buried it.It's the same shit almost every player that has come to the A-league from a big league has had, they struggle with the quality of the A-League being so different and the game play so much slower. Eg it was pretty evident with Kewell, and also the early days of ADP. Not jsut them, but very few players from big leagues have performed to expectations in the A-League and I think a large part of it is that they're used to a very different game, Villa, Heskey, etc. no one has come here and set the league on fire as expected.I think the more games Koren plays the better he will understand what his team mates are capable of (or not capable of), and he is worth persisting with now that he is obviously staying. Definitely first 11 material now that he is staying, regardless of whether he is worthy of being marquee or not. He can produce moment of brilliance which will win us a number of points over the course of the season.It's not a coincidence that Koren links up best with Mooy, Mooy seems to understand what Koren is trying to do, not sure about some of the others in the team.
