I know Perth have played games before, is this our first game?

I think so, I haven't heard we have played a friendly?

4-4, look at Talbot in the replay!

Yep and Trewin hasn't coated himself in glory for their last two goals either.

But that's our problem isn't it - we have control of that. Whether we ultimately win this or lose it, we do not take this competition seriously.

IMO he's not as good as he's rated. Sloppy positioning at times. At 23 he's not going to get any better either.

I hope he won't be added to our ''development project list'' like Talbot and Lopane, who don't need to perform to start games.

I didn’t mind the brief look of the Argentinian bloke. Tills will need to be our best player if we are to do anything this season.

Leckie will make a difference as well, no idea why he wasn't there tonight.

He will likely be our most influential once on the pitch. However I'm concerned on how long he's going to stay on the pitch for this season...

Disappointed with Tilio's performance - he did eventually start having an impact but when he came on he had no impact for at least 10 minutes.

How do you lose a 2 goal lead in 10 minutes? Ask Vidmar he will show you the way.

Talbot is not going to improve. At season's end when contract time comes up, let him go to WU.

Jeggo is not up to it. Yes he did some OK things but he won't boss anything.

Some of our youth will improve - mental thing mainly. Lawrence Wong took a shot and missed (acceptable) but then he had a second opportunity and he should have instead he passed it to Nabbout who got tackled.

More importantly, PG under DZ are going to be a team to reckon with. They may not win all games but they will shape the table like no other.

"Due to All Stars and Socceroos commitments, Mat Leckie returned to training later than the rest of the group so did not travel."

Er, the All-Stars played back in May? And the Socceroos in June?

Oh, so overworked.

Feeble excuse, and I'm not sure he will make any difference either.

In cotton wool already...just a tad concerned how many games he's going to play.
