Per capita, Croatia is a better footballing nation than Brazil (srs), so even if he is the Croatian Maycon should still be better. I don't get many emails from heart come to think about it. I wasn't even informed about the forum held at la tribe Uni. Buts that's another issue. Who on earth do some of the naysayers think we could have signed with the ridiculous wages and contracts being put forward by players' agents lined up against our club budget? We have signed a bloke who has a sound record for the Croatian U-21 side, the Croatian and Polish Leagues, the 2.Bundesliga and the French League. Precisely the sort of player that I, for one, expected us to sign. Players all go through good and not-so-good patches. It's not only them, it is the players around them and the style of play that their coach is adopting. Tadic has been and will be no different. Jeez, people have short memories. They're talking up Gerald Sibon. I agree - great player whom we should have kept for another season, but it's only two years ago about 10 matches into our first season that the Heartcast boys Lachlan and Zac were calling for Sibon to be benched. If you don't believe me dig out the tapes and listen. IMO Tadic is a good signing, right age, suits what Heart need up front.
