Woody
I didn't like it. That's why I was stoked they went back to regulation stuff this season. Still prefer our kit now to last seasons. Red > White. Edited August 24, 2012 by Woody
cadete
TBH it reminds me of when South ruined their traditional jumper and changed it to the Sydney Swans Crap they have now. White back > Red Back. Edited August 24, 2012 by cadete
Woody
True, but our kit always looked like it was missing something tbh and changing after 2 seasons isn't ruining much.
Jimmy
As long as the home shirt is red and white in stripes I don't care about the rest. Shirt base color, shorts and sock color do not phase me.

Jimmy
Decided I like this kit the most out of the 3 we've had. Will buy.
Dylan
I like the new kit also, but I love the sash of the away kit and Im happy scott munn likes it to, so hopefully it stays for years It probably wouldnt look good but the red of the MU kit is freaking awesome. hedaik
The away strip was my favourite, but have to say I much prefer the new home kit now. It looks a lot more solid.

borris
When are these kits going on sale? Players are still wearing ISC kits in the preseason games, are we going to have another empty merch stall at the games?
sharpy
I am hating the delays in getting the kits out!
HeartMillsy29
Yeah I forgot - And everyone one here liked it but me. And I cant be the only one who thinks Collingwood when they see the back of Fred's shirt. I did think Collingwood, first thing that came to my mind. And lol at Sydney and webjet haha
loriente
Just thought I'd add a photo of Fred in the new kit from Fox Sports Football facebook page. Looks like we've got black font with white outline on names/numbers. I thought we'd be going white numbers with the red background and all... Looks good though. Jimmy
The new letters look very nice printed on the shirts. Now I've gotta decide what player I want on mine.
cadete
Finally some black on the uniforms! Um, the Numbers were also Black in S1 and S2... However I agree they look a lot better than if we with White.

LR9
2nd Keepers kit. It looks like absolute trash in this colour. Also, not sure why the sponsors are in white on such a light shirt. Edited September 7, 2012 by LR9

loriente
so 'early september' is slowly passing us by and still no word on when kappa kits go on sale. surely they'll be ready by family day.
Mentor
3rd kit competition. http://www.footballaustralia.com.au/melbourneheart/news-display/Heart-announces-Third-Kit-Competition/49094 best kit is worn against Perth i think and you get a signed jersey to keep details above
cadete
3rd kit competition. http://www.footballa...mpetition/49094 best kit is worn against Perth i think and you get a signed jersey to keep details above Seems Original and Creative: DESIGN OUR KIT! But it just has to be the RWU Charcoal Grey one from last season. Also I really wish our club had never got involved with this "12th Man" Pun Shit as the marketing team are using it for every single competition now, and each time they do it makes me cringe more and more... (Its been three times in a few weeks now.) Its overkill and a bit tacky. Edited September 13, 2012 by cadete
Deviant
so whats gonna happen to the keeper top that LR9 posted?
jw1739
At a guess, I'd say this year's winning entry will be charcoal grey with white and red trim somewhere, plus the outside chance of a bit of black this time around... mus-28
Still can't believe this didn't even make the finals. The guywho designed this designed my clubs kits for last season and has recently done some work for our kits for 2013. Just e-mailed him the link to this seasons comp, hopefully he can produce something similar.

Ando
Fuck you're a pack of whinging bastards. If the club hadn't done this again most of you would be up in arms about the lack of fan engagement. Fwiw I like the charcoal the club has begun to use. I don't see the problem with people integrating it as a base colour because clearly the strip should be seen as a generic clash strip.
