Peter Green's a really good ref, that's 2 consecutive grand finals in a row he's officiated off the back of 2 consecutive referee of the year awards and is usually very fair. Shahanga Posted May 5, 2014 Report Share Posted May 5, 2014 I thought it was important that the team that played an attacking, possession style, won and that the side that focused on a tight defence, but rarely holding the ball, committing lots of fouls to break down the play and having an occasional quick counter, lost. This will continue to send a message to all clubs in the league that to win, you simply have to play better football. Being the best at fouling is simply not enough.
