citypool
It's quite in here. Seasons gone past you'll get none stopper chatter anyone excited for the season to start?
fensaddler
Yes, but nothing interesting to say! Wondering where our away tie against WU is going to be played. It's a fixture I always look forward to as we rock up in numbers and there's a good atmosphere.
mattyh001
I also think that people are very indifferent towards the club and the league at present Which then leads to a spiral since others lose that social engagement 1
moops
It's kind of limbo land atm, I'm just waiting for the season to start. I've been watching Sydney and CCM play in Asia and the socceroos play tonight, so that will get my interest for today.
citypool
Damn the club is quiet I really think they stuffed up not having a family day it at least got a bit of attention on the club. If western united have a good season a chance they start getting bigger crowds then us
Mr MO
I do feel we are at a low point from fan interest and clubs ambition towards fan engagement. It’s slowly ebt away and the club seemingly let it slide. Membership numbers might be very low this season as well.

And I'm optimistic that the League is on the way back. I'm not buying into the despondency. No idea how we're going to do but the return of Natty Akka has been a big boost.

Leame_Citeh
That's promo video released a few days ago has hyped me up. This is an important season for the future of the league so I'll try to be as optimistic and engaged as I can. Some good signings and the league has starting listening to fans' requests. belaguttman
Will Matt Leckie get fit this season? The women's team is the only thing of interest that has happened so far
CityWildcat
A-League crowds are slowly increasing, for sure. But MCFC sure know how to NOT create a pre-season buzz. At this stage, despite having renewed my membership yet again, I'm almost as interested (as an expat Kiwi) in seeing how Auckland get on and how well they are supported in their debut season. Mind you, Forest are currently playing great football and with best squad at the City Ground in 25yrs, so I'm still getting my kicks - albeit at long distance. Yours, clinging on (as usual these last few years...)

I'm just hoping for some synchronicity with City here.

Looking forward to the 2k attendance at AAMI as the atmosphere will be electrifying. Play at Casey already! 🤨 1
