thedukeofhearts
Going in to heart games being positive is like being kicked in the balls 9 times and on the 10th you think to yourself, this time it might feel good.

belaguttman
Don't count on it, if there's no sale he'll stay until the end of next season. Do you think that something will change the strategic direction of this board?
RedAndWhiteSoldier
Only if we get new owners by the new year. Hopefully these owners that are apparently "buying" the club know what they are doing and see how bad the situation is.
belaguttman
They are in a fairly fortunate position, almost anything they do will look good compared to the owners that we have now.
RedAndWhiteSoldier
All I want these potential new owners to do is just want success and make it happen correctly! And being that little brother to victory isn't a nice feel. Take note of Atletico Madrid and ManCity, getting success and above their arch rivals. Makes it much more respectable. jw1739
Well, the Wellies are 1-0 up against Sydney. We could need a win to even keep in touch with 9th place.

Victards
The people who actually watch a majority of A-League matches weekly would acknowledge that Wellington ARE better than us. They play the ball well and do look dangerous going forward, unlike us. Dont excpect a win from this, a draw at most infront of an abysmal crowd number.

Nux very up and down but they were very unlikely not to get something out of the CCM game last week. They were wasteful in front of goals. Today's game was pretty poor but again Nux wasteful and kept SFC in it to the end. Also looks like Ifill out for the season. At the beginning of the season we would have pencilled in a win but that's not guaranteed at all this Friday.
hakz7
2-0 loss in front of a crowd of 4,000 people. I'll still be among that crowd though.
Red or Dead
I'll be there and as much I was (at first) against the silent protest, I'm just trying to think of what other 'shock' tactics we can do to get this board to realise that Aloisi needs to be replaced ASAP!  One thing would be for everyone to boycott the game and just not rock up, but when you pay $430 for a membership and get served the shit we have been served all season the last thing you want is to lose money by not going to the home games too! guardianofthevalley
Heart 3 Phoenix 0. Â Phoenix look like they have lost their best player Paul Ifill. Â Their defence is so slow, and with Harry now playing we have somebody who can get the ball through their leaky defence, to Mate, Willo and Gol Gol up front. Â It will be like the second half of the Adelaide game.

Tony999
I think boycotting the game is not such a good idea. I don't want to have ANOTHER record for having the lowest attendance for an A-league game. A silent protest? Definitely in!

DieHardRed
I think it was lower than that, didnt Fury get 1100 once ? My first away game was GCUFC about 1700 = it was shite, Culina took the piss out of us. Dont boycott lads its embarrassing enough that we are shite, we dont want the record of the worst supported as well eh
Peter
I'll be turning up with my boys and maybe invite a couple of friends along. It would be good to try and make them regular supporters but Heart's performances, plus low attendances have always made this hard. The club really has to get serious about what it is doing. Looking forward to the food, and the atmosphere will take care of itself. No enemy this week, only ourselves to support or let know what's what. If there is a low point to protest, this is it. Banners, paint onto old sheets, $6.00. Every row, all around the stadium. Expecting a club press release announcing change before hand though. Mind you, I've been expecting this since round 6. Time will tell.
