The Ticketek site is showing that Premium A for the Sydney game is sold out. And it looks to me like Premium B might be filling up too. If we sell out Premium B as well, then you would think we'd open up one of the upper level stands.

I don't want to get my hopes up just yet, mostly they only release some tickets until they sellout and then release more.

I don't want to be cynical, but i wonder how many of these people are victree fans that missed out on seeing ADP the first time :hmm:

should i buy my guests tickets now or will we be right next week? just GA next to yarraside?

I don't think GA will sellout, but if you're not kinda early to the game (20minutes or so) then you will probably be in line for a while and miss part of the game.

This happened to me with the wellington game and this is gonna be bigger

Just bought 5 tickets. Got a crew of nine heading up for this. Geez Del Piero is a great selling point. 4 of the 9 wouldn't even be able to recognize him if they saw him, yet they still want to come see him play.

He sure is, ill be bringing along a couple people that have never been before just because of him.

whats the pax?

PAX 6861 for tickets bought 3 O'clock yesterday.

Am I right in assuming that that doesn't include tickets that aren't specifically for this game, ie memberships?

Full season memberships definitely are included, but im not sure if 5 game or 3 game memberships are

sooo... if we've got about 6500 members, and the PAX for one of Jimmy's tickets is 6861, then that's only a few hundred tickets that have been sold - and how can premium A already be sold out?

Well not all memberships are full memberships. So maybe something less than 6,000 members are included when you take out the 5 game memberships which have expired. And some of of Premium A is already rerserved for Heart reserved seat members. So there may be perhaps around 1,000 tickets sold so far? Which I suppose might be enough to fill what's left of Premium A and whatever has been sold of Premium B? Just guessing.

Normally I doubt there would be many tickets pre-sold for our games at all. You can always get a ticket at the door.

Sunday 5pm is never the best attended. I'd be saying 7-8000 but wih the the club saying a possible 15k I have hope of maybe. 10k, which after the weekends performance won't be too bad.

Th ticket agencies always do this, only releasing certain amounts of tickets. I'm sure there's logic behind it, supply n demand type shit and getting everyone to purchase early rather than have big ques and extra staff on game day. And don't forget all the extra they make on those additional charges for online purchases.

this is another taget game for the club, one which for certain resons will attract a crowd, we NEED to win this game so that we can attract more people.

We have blown 3 on previous occasions

1: the opening game of history vs mariners (I know hard to win and in hindsight probably got us less bandwagoners) But look what happened to wanderers

2: adelaide season 2, wednesday 3 pm, boiling hot, crao time for football, many usuals away and we get our biggest non derby turnout. Why? because we had won 6 straight away, imagine if that game was perfect time of day. But anyway we choked and got smashed 3-1, our season went downhill from there

3. Wellighton home season 3, following on from a strong win in the derby 10k showed up and we couldnt even beat a wellington youth team.

How many more chances does the club want come on, melbourne!
