Telsa he has u on this one: I dont think u could have made any great judgements on a footballers ability back then.

Dont see why I wouldnt have been able to

A-league wasnt around in 2000, so you couldnt have made that assumption, you would have been 8ish?

Really need a facepalm smiley so I could use it now. I obviously meant today's A-League standard. And I would have been 9.

North Terrace have apparently have formally asked Vuctree for the Number 12 to be retired... sounds very familar, must have picked up MH's new membership broucher.

Tunna himself and other NT notables openly laughed @ this happening with us and the club last season. Nice.

No surprises there, seeing they took excerts from our membership booklet and splattered it all over their BWB Sorry, I meant OTB Facebook page (aka the front 'organisation' that's meant to look like BWB don't run the whole terrace). You can pretty much bet your house on it that they took the concept from there.

The flogs who stole this idea are probably the same terrace 'leaders' who spent the past 7 years putting the boot into the Cove calling them 'nerds' for self policing and having a fan constitution, and then fell head over heals last year to sign a fan charter with the MPOT so they would pull the riot cops out of their bay. Any semblance of credibility they ever had flew out the window at that point. Nothing more then a hollow trivial bastion of support that stands for as much as the Cove does now. Don't worry though, they'll probably wheel out a few bedsheets giving the finger to Buckley to make their support seem valid to the wider world.

On topic. Am genuinely interested too see how many chants of ours they rip before before the next derby comes around. Still laughing at the fact these guys pride themselves on 'originality'.

Will sign with a Championship side within two weeks.

SOCCEROOS star Harry Kewell has quit Melbourne Victory.

RECOMMENDED COVERAGE

Hernandez bound for India

Kewell was close to signing a new two-year contract but made the stunning decision to reject Victory's offer for family reasons.

It's understood the mother of Kewell's wife, Sheree Murphy, is gravely ill and he has chosen to stay by her side in England.

The player, who rushed to England after Australia's World Cup qualifier against Japan in Brisbane, made the decision in the last few days, blindsiding the club and the star's management.

Victory will today confirm the shock announcement that Kewell has played his last game for the A-League club.

A source close to Kewell last night confirmed his decision to the Sunday Herald Sun.

Victory officials and Kewell's management did not return calls last night.

In May he activated a clause to terminate his original incentive-based three-year contract at the end of the 2011-12 season.

Negotiations then began for a new two-year deal.

Kewell had all but agreed to the new two-year contract in excess of $1 million a season.

But the family issue changed all that.

"Sheree's mum has taken a turn for the worse and Harry has decided to stay in England and support her," a source close to Kewell said last night.

"Harry was happy to stay with Victory and the club wanted to keep him.

"A deal was close so it's unfortunate for both parties.

"But Harry is adamant he wants to be with his family at this time." Ange Postecoglou spoke to Kewell less than two weeks ago and the pair discussed plans for the 2012-13 season.

The new Victory coach told the Herald Sun this week everything was on track for Kewell to resume pre-season in mid July.

"I spoke to Harry last week while he was in camp and he was feeling good about things and looking forward to it - but that was without things being finalised," Postecoglou said this week.

"All the indicators are that both parties are pretty close, unless something unforeseen pops up I would expect him to sign by the middle of July."

Kewell, 33, scored eight goals from 25 matches in his maiden season for Victory.

The former Leeds United, Liverpool and Galatasaray winger's exit is a big blow for Victory on a day when Johnny Warren medallist Carlos Hernandez was expected to sign for an Indian club.

Oh playing the old 'I want to be close to my family' card, eh?

Where have I heard that before...?

See ya in Mexico chump.

Edit: or he is just doing this so he can have July off, like he asked for.

Tards having their own North Terrace forum at AMMI.

I guess it will be very selective and mainly for BWB to discuss which restaurant that they want the Club’s Management to take them to for "discussions".

Apparently there is going to be a "How to Rat" workshop being conducted by Doria with some assistance from The Madams.

And how's it hanging MDB?
