*PLEASE SHARE* ATTENTION: It hasn’t taken long for MVFC’s administration to add to their growing list of diabolical decisions. In the latest bizarre and unforeseen action, the club has now informed the North Terrace that – and we quote – “CREW BANNERS WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR THE FRONT FENCE AREA”.This measure has come about despite a meeting with North Terrace representatives on Wednesday 11 September, where the club did not, at any stage, mention their intention to ban group banners. Furthermore, it is another step by the club to gain further control of us and to try and kill off our proud independence.Unfortunately, as we have become familiar with, this is just one of many recent acts by the club that have ignored any form of consultation with us – THE SUPPORTERS.These include: the reduction of North Terrace area by 200+ seats (which removed the back rows of the terrace); the implementation of tarps surrounding the North Terrace to restrict movement; the employment of scanners for every single time an NT member enters and leaves the terrace; the selling of Melbourne’s colours to a sponsor; and, failing to take any action to protect its very own supporters from blatantly unjust football bans, as well as borderline-slander attacks on us within the media.Make absolutely no mistake, the following three issues are absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE from our standpoint:- group banners on the fence;- scanners at the entrances/exits of the NT to be scrapped; and,- the tarps surrounding the Terrace to be scrapped.Despite its rhetoric, the club has clearly declared a war on the terrace by attempting to subtly suffocate it out of existence. If these three recent draconian and irresponsible measures taken by the club are not reversed, the North Terrace must take strong and immediate action if it wishes to survive in any respectable shape or form into the near future. The North Terrace advises that we will keep everyone informed of any developments. In the meantime, we ask supporters to do their bit to influence change. One such way is to email the following contact at the club expressing your disappointment over the changes implemented [NOTE: Please keep emails responsible and respectful]:Monica Dinh, Melbourne Victory Membership Manager: Mdinh@mvfc.com.auAlternatively, you can phone the club at: 1300-466-832.Venting your thoughts on Melbourne Victory's official Facebook page is also an option (https://www.facebook.com/gomvfc).**Please share this around as MUCH as possible. This is very important. Thank you.**

Love it how after we signed HK & Engelaar tards were carrying on "yoof!!!"

They are a bit subdued now and too happy about the Chilean who is 35yrs old

Karma is a bitch!

In their defence they didn't bang on about having a yoof policy like us

And they actually already do have a pretty good youth system.

Pablo's got a decent CV but he's only played 19 games in the last 2 seasons and he's 35... I wonder whether they would have preferred Gallas but missed out.

Ofcause they would have preffered Gallas. But they missed out. Which makes me smile for the first time all weekend.

Gallas is even older at 36, but he's got a far more impressive record than Contreras does so I'm sure you're right.

Put it this way, Victory have missed out on Karagounis, Miccoli and Gallas and ended up with Contreras instead, that's the best part of it all

As much as I hate to say it, victory have nailed its off season recruiting. Can't say they haven't made bad signing and whoever they've lost, they've directly replaced. Got a settled squad and on paper have a quality first 11 with only the right back spot the only question mark, Coe, right back, Chilean, leijer, traore, Milligan, broxham, barbarouses, finkler, troisi, Archie.

I know you shouldn't compare them with us but on paper they look like they're finishing ahead and challenging for the title while we will be lucky to make finals.
