Tommykins
Although our goal difference is pretty awful (+5) Bolton Wanderers have nearly put ourselves back into a spot where promotion is possible. 5 points back, 8 games remaining, after a rocky start looks like the appointment of Dougie Freedman wasn't such a bad move after all, we've only lost two games since January. Haydos
Swindon town, up into 3rd in league 1. knocking off yeovil 2-0 away from home. still managing to get wins post Di Canio.
Tommykins
And Bolton now find themselves in the playoff places for the first time this year, with the game on Tuesday against Leicester likely to have a big impact on our season, they'd go above us and we'd drop out if the result doesn't go our way. Tommykins
So exactly the same scenario is appearing for the Trotters as happened last year, with one game to go to make it into the play-offs, With their fate entirely in their own hands, with a victory, they guarantee they make it up into the last play-off spot, a draw and its out of their hands, fortunately the two teams below us that can still make the play-offs are against each other on the last day of the season. Its going to a long night Saturday night.

perthheart
Fantastic game last night. Watford v Leicester. I'm pumped for the mighty Yeovil Town to be back at Wembley. Seeing my glovers do a number on the blunts was equally as sweet considering the millions they robbed off the hammers. COYG!
mus-28
Watford v Crystal Palace in the Play-off. Would be happy to see either team in the premiership, although more Ian Holloway interviews would be a good thing. Watford are probably better prepared due to their link with Udinese and the fact Palace lose Zaha to Man Utd at the end of the season. Tommykins
Would love to see Jedinak get a go in the Premier League, hopefully if he doesn't go up with Palace he's snapped up. Zaha to be a serious threat.
btrain
Watford 2-0 Palace will be crap next season if in PL. No zaha. Nowhere near as good without him.
DutchPride
I am sure Palace will loan Zaha again if they make it to the Prem.
mus-28
Palace 1-0 winners AET. Kevin Phillips with the winner on his final match. Ian Holloway back in the prem! Current Table. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/championship/table Any predictions on a final top 6 in the championship at this stage ?? mus-28
Expect Watford to be back up there by the end of the season. Hoping Udinese recall Matej Vydra from his loan at West Brom and send him back to Watford in January. Better to be in the Championship playing than warming the pine in the EPL. ForestHeart
As much as I hate to say it -- Direby have looked impressive in the last few weeks -- sacking the son of Brian and replacing him with Schteve McLaren has proven a master stroke thus far. This week they face a struggling Doncaster at home and with Burnley facing a tough match v Blackpool may well find themselves in the automatic spot rounding halfway. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/championship/table
