The FRG doesn't go into great detail with regards to transfer policy. And it especially doesn't go into detail with recruitment/transfer details pertaining to past players. However there were a number of interesting points made about the club's thinking with regards to the January transfer window. Why the club has tried to bring specific players in, and why the club has shown specific players the door, etc. It should all be in the meeting minutes which should be put online fairly soon. TBH I reckon they could vague indications without upsetting anyone. Saf not getting a deal from ANYONE suggests to me that the terms from the Singapore FA were an issue.
