just got this email with a link to a membership tracker. https://sites.tpf.com.au/fulfilment/tracker.asp enter your member ID into the tracking ID field to track your membership. mine's not due to be delivered until 24/10 and they sent me a .pdf of my card to print out in case it doesn't arrive in time. considering my membership auto-renewed, it's pretty sad the club couldn't get it to me before the start of the season.

when you're logged in to the membership portal (https://premier.sportsubs.com.au/aleague/melbournecity/ ) click on my account (top left of screen) then click purchase history. find the purchase of your membership and click the more button then select custom cards. You'll probably see this message: This card can no longer be changed as the purchase has been fulfilled. Looks like memberships are on the way. Let's hope we get a bumper sticker this season.

Not a great atmosphere from the active area tonight. I thought the group at the back were doing their best to undermine and disrupt a new capo which was very disappointing considering their experience in that very position. Particularly disappointing was the “you’ve got school in the morning” chant after a young lad was unfairly ejected for waving a flag. Seccos were completely to blame for the ejection and subsequent escalation. Let’s not forget we all support the same team here.

Nope. We definitely didn’t talk about days of the week in my session. They showed us some advertising slogans to get our thoughts on them. They asked us what they could do to improve city square to get people to come early and have a beer there instead of in various pubs. The most interesting thing they asked us about was the idea of the club focussing on exciting young local talent rather than marquee signings.

Happy for Arzani. He put the work in this year and got the reward. Selfishly I hope he doesn’t get on the pitch. I mean, we’d lose him if he nutmegged Umtiti and curled one into the top corner. Would be a disaster.

For all the talk of culture change at the club, we’ve still lost the unloseable games, played poorly in derbies and gone on losing streaks. Fail for me.

With the exception of Bruno’s FKs at goal I agree with you. I’m just not sure we can improve with work. I think we need to recruit players with dead ball and crossing ability

The last home game of the season is not the time to try new chants. Sing the current songs as loudly as you can for as long as you can while there’s still a chance of us winning the championship. Then, if you’re that determined to sing other club’s songs (seemingly chosen at random and with no attempt to make them relevant to our club) then do it next season.
