jw1739
Does anyone have an authoritative list of the numbers that players will wear this season? A number of the new players just have '0' allocated to them on the Heart website.
Peter
According to this article in todays "The Age", JA has put all our players on notice following the 0-5 defeat. Perhaps this is why a number of players have been allocated 0? http://www.theage.com.au/sport/a-league/heart-needs-to-lift-intensity-aloisi-20120923-26f27.html

cadete
Doubtful. Believe it will be Tadic. PPL seem to think he will be Number 10. My comment was due to Hoff wearing 9 in Preason Games, however I have seen a MH FB Post about him wearing Number 17 again.

LR9
DMac is 9, Tadic is 10, Garcia is 11, Hoff 17. I'm pretty sure Gray isn't number 3.

cadete
Would like to see numbers reflecting position a little more. What do u mean? Of the onfield numbers only Fred is really that inaccurate... 1. Bolton - GK Number for a GK 2. Marrone - RB Number for a RB 3. Gray - LB Number for CB (Close) 4. Colosimo - CB Number for a CB 5. Fred - CB Number for CM (Inaccurate) 6. Gerhardt - DM Number for a CB/DM (Very Close) 8. Thompson - CM Number for a CM 9. Macallister - CF Number for CF 10. Tadic - FOW Number for a FOW 11. Garcia - LW Number for a LW/DM (Very Close) Edited September 25, 2012 by cadete

Ando
#7 is being saved for a big signing in January once the board realizes we need a 'name' to boost ticket sales.

cadete
True Maybe it’s being left vacant like seven currently at Celtic, because PPL are too scared of having to live up to his greatness.

cadete
because Carvalho Inez was a goal machine. I reckon this must be the 126th time I have typed this: You do realise that Maycon was on a One Year Base Salary Contract? Or that the club signed him as a last minute option knowing that it was a gamble? Now compare this to Worm who in both his years would have been paid at least three times and possibly four times as much Maycon. So ultimately Worm’s time at the club cost us at least Seven times (Most likely more) than what Maycon’s time did. The guy came from a Eredivise Club having played European Cup matches and still in the peak of his career in his mid 20's, a bit different dont you think to guy playing second division Brazilian Football? No player would of depreciated from his time at MH in value more than Wormy. Edited September 25, 2012 by cadete

As for Worm he is playing in the Dutch 2nd division now. Such a great player he was that when he went back no one wanted a bar of him.
