I don't get why people are saying our recruiting is bad, pretty much all our best players this year have been new signings (mooy, Melling, chapman, paartalu, duff) and soon you can add Koren to that list

Honestly I don't remember him much from when we played against Perth so I don't rate him yet. But from what I've read he is known to be fairly quick and physically strong, which for me ticks the two most important boxes when your building a squad with players that fall under the salary cap. In your opinion is being physically strong more important than technique awareness positioning etc. ? It depends on the position, as a defender pace and strength is more important but say a CAM it is more important to be good technically (ball control, dribbling, passing) Technique is very important for central defenders these days, they start the play from the back True, but in a salary capped league its very difficult to have a CB that is fast strong and good on the ball, so I would prefer are fast and strong CB that's average on the ball, like Chapman

The thing that has disappointed me the most from duff is his inability to take on a defender in a 1v1 situation (with the exception of winning the penalty v Newcastle)
