You do realise the new away strip is red and white right? Absolutely! What's wrong with wearing traditional colours at home matches? Would seem like a nice touch by foundation members of the old defunct club No I just meant that you could just wear the new away strip to the home games rather than stitching on the new logo... But I think I was just taking your post too seriously. My mind is not functioning properly with all this news.

What's the bet that at the last minute they changed their mind (or got permission) from black and red stripes to the sky blue stripe...

What the? The bit about retaining the white from the original kit is a bit disingenuous. From Heart email:

Better than a sky blue kit... but I don't know why they didn't just go with Red and White home kit and Sky Blue away kit (stripes if Sydney FC object). Makes more sense even from a marketing perspective I reckon.

Seems like a lot of teams are having pretty average run outs in their friendlies. I'm not saying Australia are not about to be thrashed but the South Africa game probably doesn't mean much.

Assuming you are a Man City supporter, to put it in a way you may understand it, it's the equivalent if asking you to play in the Man Utd shirt/colours. Unless you're willing to do that don't bother trying to tell us it's only colours. And we are not weak in support of our club most are willing to change name and badge the line is the colours. If all those change how can it be the same club? I wonder how long it will take for TaxiBurger to tell us that Heart has only been around a few years and how Man City started off purple with brown polka dots....

I think he should go home to Ireland and give a little bit of love to his own country before he's washed up.

Well melbournecityfc.com.au has been registered by someone... And that's the only one that really matters I would think. .com.au's require that you have a business registered with the same name so are much harder to just register on a whim. oh and mcfc.com.au is registered too...
