The Material is alot lighter and there seems to be less of it, after wearing it last years felt heavy. This years also seem to be a smaller fitting size aswell.

Fair enough for a footballer to go to uni and study Portuguese as well, IMO. I sort of hope it's uni, rather than some issue with his personal life, that's keeping Walker from playing. If it's uni, it'll pass by pretty quickly, and we could see Walker playing RB again soon. If it's some issue he's having, it might not be resolved so quickly.

There could be any number of reasons why Walker isn't making the team squads, but I don't think for a second it's based on merit. JA knows how good he is, he played him there the second half of last season, gave him the number 2 jersey, promoted him to a senior contract and he's gone off to young socceroos camps. And here's a press conference from last year of JA praising Walker. I doubt it's because he's too focused on uni either. He has a contract. Playing Football is his job, everything else in his life has to be moulded around that. Also my mate used to play at Oakleigh with him and said he was the hardest worker there. First to go, last to leave and would be doing twice as much training with reserves and seniors. So I think he is very motivated on his football career. I'm guessing somethings going on in his private life a while back that is affecting him emotionally and untimely his game. He is only a kid after all. Which is why midway through preseason Hoffman started to be played at RB to cover while Walker is getting his life sorted out. Well theres my conspiracy theory. Wouldn't be upset if Walker goes to another A-League club to fulfill his obvious potential. After his performances last season I though the club would've tied him down to a 3 year deal and look to move him onto a better league in a few years for a tidy sum. Instead we gave him a 1 year deal and are playing a guy who 99.9% of the footballing community realizes is far inferior, in his position.

How's everyone doing? I'm not new to the world of forums, i am however new to here. For long i've been looking for a Heart forum and have finally found one! A quick introduction about myself. I am a media savvy person, i do a bit of graphic designing, sports photography and video editing. I have worked with EDFL club, Essendon Doutta Stars, updating their website with matchday articles, reports etc etc. aswell as taking pictures during their training sessions and gamedays, i have also filmed their matchday games for their seniors. I have done work experience at the Collingwood Football Club in the digital media field and have had my videos posted onto their club site. I'm 18 and i believe im the best if not one of the best video editors going around youtube at the moment, Australia based anyhow. My goal for this season is to present to you my skills i can muster and to hopefully get recognised by the Melbourne Heart Football Club and maybe get my videos posted on their website, who knows?
