I don't have a problem with it if it's to change the culture at our club, for a long time now people have said the culture needs fixing. The problem is that if a creative player or goal scorer get's let go/looses his spot, he needs to be replaced with another attacker, not a defender.

The team is stacked with so many defensive players and all our attackers seem to be getting released, whilst those given their chance aren't really taking it, it's very hard to even come up with a team in our front third. Baccus has been good as well as Delbridge, the rest is a bit meh, I can't beleive the team that Wazza has put out though, no wonder we haven't scored, crazy! Hopefully Mcgree is ok and the pigeon.

Atkinson and De Laet up front isn't working, the 352 formation seemed like an alright idea, but this is crazy stuff.

Joyce working the team selections closer to his dream, playing a defender (De Leat) up front, he needs to sign a couple more defenders to make it a reality though.
