  6. Yokohama Fc Striker Kazuyoshi Miura scored on the weekend, regarded as the world's oldest professional footballer aged 48 years old. https://youtu.be/voFGkl2GvTk Australian club Melbourne City are said to be in advance talks to sign Miura as their International Marquee for next season. Melbourne City coach John van't Schip was quoted as saying "Kazuyoshi is a talented individual and has many more productive years ahead of him, I would be honoured to have such an exciting prospect like him at City".
  7. Garuccio was top scorer for me on Fifa 15
  8. Bela, that article is a long-winded way of saying what you and I could have put in 2-3 sentences. Some of those graphs really show how terrible we are at the end of each half
  9. With no new signings (but resigning Saf and Novillo) I would like to see the team line up like this next season. Formation: 4-2-2-2 --------------Velaphi---------- Safuwan--Chapman--Kisnorbo--Clisby --------Melling----Paartalu------ ------Mooy--------------Koren----- --------Kennedy--Novillo--------- Bench: Redmayne, Gooch, Germano, Williams, Retre What I'm getting at is that with no new signings from the current squad this season we have quite a competitive team. Obviously there's positions we can improve on ie.Retre Clisby and Redmayne. With Jaliens he's been quality for us but he's just too old, if we got absolutely desperate then we'd sign him for one more season. With 4 Visa players in the team I made above^ (Germano possibly being moved on depending on his oz citizenship) we would need to find one more (or two) visa players. Concluding I would like to see the club chase a starting LB (Clisby drops to the bench, replaces Retre) a keeper for the bench (Replaces Redmayne) and quality striker ie McLaren or Borello to rotate with Kennedy and Novillo. But this obviously depends if JVS goes or if he changes his formation (unlikely!) Ps. I hope Koren fucks off but I don't see this happening.
  10. My shopping list: GK RB and LB RW Strikers Tando has proven himself I believe to start next season, but need someone to replace Redmayne. Hopefully we can sign Saf so that's the Rb. So really just need to find a RW and an out and out striker.
  11. I very much doubt that we will be able to move any of these four on. If it was true that Williams wanted to move during January then hopefully he will be happy to move on at the end of the season.

    Aaron Mooy

Not that I know of, but if he keeps playing like he is and possibly wins the Johnny Warren medal then he will surely attract interest

    Aaron Mooy

If there's interest in Mooy from overseas make him our Aussie marquee and fuck off Kennedy. If he's happy to say under the cap then we still fuck off Kennedy and try to lure an Australian from overseas whose still in their prime with some cold hard cash.
  14. His stint here is effectively a trial for bigger clubs to see his potential in game situations. This is probably true, just hope we can still pin him to a permanent contract
  15. Not even a full 2 minutes of injury time and were in an attacking position
  16. Beastie Boys Sabotage without the vocals.
  17. Van der Vaart is a free agent in June.
