  1. This is spot on JW. And this is probably the most frustrating thing of all. I hate how the club just continues to turn a blind eye with 0 acknowledgement of the current situation we are in and don't communicate properly with us. For example what is happening with our injuries, how is McAllistair, Germano and Engelaar coming along? Why do they not update us weekly? I am sick of seeing Germano "3 weeks" and then nek minnit he is "6 weeks". For me it is a total lack of respect for the members who pay money to come every week, we should be informed. dont pay your money and dont show up and you will see a different attitude towards members and supporters. you keep showing up and paying and with the current attitude your saying everything is fine and rosie its no different to an everyday job are you going to get 16 chances? Yeah true, was going to boycott but I'm going to the cricket before hand and will be 20 beers deep so thought that might be enough to get me through the Heart game
  2. This is definitley top of my Xmas wish list too. What I hope the new owners will do (if this does eventuate, like others have said us Heart fans should never get our hopes up): 1. John Aloisi told to fuck off 2. Munn should be told that to keep his job he needs to #heartbelieve which then sees Munny go into a twitter frenzy for 5 minutes hashtagging heartbelieve which then sees Bart Campbell storm into his office and says "Lol JK" and runs him out of the office with a giant baseball bat that says #heartbelieve 3. The ice bath wheelie bins should then be dropped off at Munn and JA's houses with all their office shit in there and a plane ticket to Manchester so they can begin their new lives as cleaning ladies for Manchester United. 4. Manchester United then fold because Aloisi and Munn didn't clean the old trafford toilets enough which resulted in significant injuries to all players and staff.

  4. Sorry Pete, I respect your decision but clapping because our players ran their guts out is not good enough. If we clapped each player from the way they ran their guts out then Mass Murdocca should get a standing ovation after every game. But it isn't good enough. We have to be more clinical in possession and going forward and the players aren't doing that. And a team that hasn't won in 16 games and not won in 301 days does not deserve to be clapped, even if they ran twice as much as the Victory players. What I am trying to say is that if you want change and you want it now showing support in this manner will not achieve it. Expressing your concerns is the only way to do it.
  5. You should fix the grammar mistakes first Think it should be right now.
  6. Dear John, As a member and a passionate supporter of the Melbourne Heart Football Club I am asking you with respect to please stand down. It has become clear within the last year that the direction of the club in which you are currently taking us is unsustainable for the future. The statistics do not lie, we have not won a game in 16 A-League matches, not to mention our dysmal away record and once you take into account our pre-season record against A-League opposition it illustrates the need for a new manager to take this club in a more positive direction. We understand that you are a proud man but with your delusional press conferences, continuously rigid/poor style of play and lack of wins we believe that it is important for you to stand down now with your head held high and for you to seek opportunities elsewhere with your reputation still in tact. We fear that your own reputation as well as our clubs will be hindered significantly if you continue in your position as manager of the MHFC. We hope that you will make the right decision in respecting us fans and the club as a whole. Regards, (Insert name) Please send this to: john.aloisi@melbourneheartfc.com.au and if you feel the need cc scott.munn@melbourneheartfc.com.au
  7. 1 year and a half ago you predicted it......Kinda funny, sad and depressing at the same time.
  8. This was my first ever game I DID leave early for. Enough was enough. 3-0 down with 10 men? As if. I beat the crowd and didn't have anyone in blue rubbing it in my face I stayed till the very end and was hoping JA was going to get closer then his safe 20mtrs from the boundary as few of us were waving him on. He wasn't silly and kept his distance. Missed opportunity. If we all collectively chanted he would have heard us. As well as the board, media and players. We could have created the opportunity!
  9. Feel free to send your concerns to: john.aloisi@melbourneheartfc.com.au
  10. A note from last night: I have been sitting in the Yarraside for the past year so I am not sure who the main culprits are, I'm not blaming the core or any particular groups or anything because I know even a lot of families come up to the fence after the game to see the players but seriously those people who continuously clap the team and were clapping Aloisi after last nights game are pathetic. All I hear on this forum is the Aloisi out Aloisi out, which don't get me wrong is great. Then when push comes to shove no one has the balls to say it to his face, or even boo the team because enough is enough. My brother was a few rows back at the end and was booing and rightfully so and he had 2 blokes have a go at him and say support the team stop booing. This IMO is completely wrong. How can so many people bag out players and Aloisi then completely crumble when it comes to voicing your concerns? The same thing happened against Adelaide and you can maybe excuse this behaviour for one week and when we look like we actually gave a shit. But to do it after we have lost in a derby and have not won one game in 15/16 matches is pathetic. I also tried to begin an Aloisi Out chant and yes I know it's fairly stale but I was meeted with stares and had a couple of people have a go at me as well. These are probably the same flogs on twitter who continue to "#heartbelieve" and "have faith in the board" . Wake up people. The last time we all had a huge go at Aloisi it created headlines and was talked about heaps on social media and in prominent news outlets which in turn put pressure on the club and Aloisi to make things better. Obviously it hasn't worked but the more pressure the better. And a lot of people crumbled and showed no balls yet again like after the Adelaide game and again pretended like this performance was ok because they didn't have the balls to stand up and say no this is shit lets make a stance and tell these people what we are actually thinking then. Until then the MH board will use these things such as clapping the coach and the team as an excuse to keep Aloisi on as our coach as they believe he still has the support of the fans. If he is kept on as coach mark my words we will be getting Gold Coast like crowds towards the end of the season. Next game show some balls and tell the players/Aloisi what you really think instead of doing it on a forum.
  11. Anyone know if this one is sold out? Or close to?
  12. A bit off topic but does anyone else find a lot of the Melbourne Heart fans on twitter/facebook deluded? I won't name names but some of them who just continue to say moronic comments "They support the current administration" and "Sick of people bagging out Aloisi, it wasn't his fault it was the defence that was poor". ALOISI IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANISING OUR DEFENCE AND PICKING THE RIGHT PLAYERS! So sick of the club/some particular fans and their 'nice guy' attitude. This club has testicles the size of Aloisi's tactical brain and until we get rid of all the deadwood in the club in administration, players and coaching we are going to continue to be shit. I know someone already wrote it but I will write it again. "Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" - Albert Einstein. We need change, and it starts with sacking Aloisi.
  13. Meh! Can you really believe SM? In any other professional league in the world any coach with such an appalling win/loss record would have been sacked a very long time ago. How the CEO can stll get up and support such a coach and he still be in a job himself also says alot about the culture (if there is one) and unprofessionalism at this club. The whole place needs someone with a bloody big broom to come along and sweep the place clean starting from the boardroom and working his way down taking everyone and leaving nothing behind. Start the club again from the ground up.... In total agreeance. +1 I'm in agreement. Look I agree, but Munn is not going to say he doesnt support JA to the media so you cant think he does based purely on media comments. Munn specifically came out and said the games against Adelaide, Sydney and Newcastle were "very important". To me and I think to most Heart fans it was "If we lose he is gone". We got one fucking point from those games and he was still there? He should have been sacked after the Adelaide game. Not to mention the fact he has had an additional 2 games on top of this to again prove people wrong and again he has proved that he can't do the job. Munn is just as spineless as Aloisi and should never have made those comments if he intended to keep Aloisi as manager after getting a measly 1 point from a possible 9.
  14. I have gone from wanting Aloisi out but still having a bit of respect for him to thinking he is a selfish flog. Put your ego aside and resign for the good of the club.
  15. What was she saying She had a go at Yarraside for singing "Your getting sacked in the morning" and all these chants. Used to rate her but that point instantly made me dislike her. I would respect her if she followed a side that has struggled but she has had years to choose a team and then like many others got on the WSW bandwagon. So she has no idea what continuously losing feels like and having mediocrity be dished up to you on and off the pitch. She has no idea. Would still root her but.
  16. At least they win. We play crap and lose. And when we draw the club acts like it's a win.
  17. In the same boat as a lot of others. Great passion shown by JA today but we were awful in the first half. If passion could win us games Aloisi would have us top of the table by now but unfortunately it isn't enough and he should still be sacked.
  18. Yeah this! Head is saying I hope we lost but heart is saying I hope we win. Funnily enough as this is my second year as a member and didn't get to go to many games last year (went to the ones towards end of the year) I am yet to see us win a game so to be honest I would probably take the win. In saying that I want us to win with substance and play decent football. If we win 1-0 with a penalty or deflected goal I would rather not even bother and get flogged.
  19. Of they are playing for the coaching staff then it is obvious that they don't want Aloisi with the shit that is being served up each week Haha so true.
  20. Predicting a 2-0 loss and Aloisi finally to be sacked by Monday afternoon. Crowd of 4,900.
  21. Loved the lets pretend we scored a goal and you're getting sacked in the morning chants so I am hoping so!
  22. I think it's pathetic that he hasn't been sacked yet. Why hasn't he? How much more proof do the board need that this man is a really hopeless manager?
