I guess the best thing is that it won't really matter all too much in the end who is named captain with the amount of quality leaders we have. They're all going to be vocal and demonstrate leadership qualities regardless, so I'm not all that fussed. ...unless it's Hoffman, if it's Hoffman we riot

1. Central Coast - I don't know how they do it but I reckon they've improved their squad this season, although I do think Pasfield is a liability. 2. Sydney - An already good side with a bit more depth, Carle and Bojic will be massive for them and Rich will do a job for them (the bastard). 3. Brisbane - Don't really rate Mulvey as a manager but the squad's even stronger with the signings of Miller and McKay and Berisha will be as lethal as ever. 4. Melbourne - We've made some excellent signings and have all bases covered now I believe, I'm just a little worried about how JA will cope with the pressure that comes with greater expectations for this season but I think we will do well. 5. Western Sydney - Juric is a strong addition, but I can't see them doing nearly as well as they did last season. Will still provide great value though. 6. Victory - They haven't got the best squad at the moment but that'll all change if they manage to acquire a marquee, and holding onto Milligan will be crucial for them. 7. Adelaide - Will play some breathtaking football but probably won't get the results (Arsenal FC) With a new manager and a new system it'll take time to gel. 8. Perth - Heavy focus on youth, no Smeltz indefinitely and no really eye-catching signings as of yet. 9. Wellington - Lethal attack with Brockie, Ifill, Cunningham and Fatty Hernandez but their defence looks awfully shaky again. I think they'll be entertaining but will leak lots of goals. 10. Newcastle - Very average looking squad at the moment. Burns and Jaliens are good signings but they just look to lack some quality all over the ground, and I'm sure a lot of Jets fans would agree. I wouldn't be too thrilled with GVE and Middleby if I were them.

Lovren and Wanyama are class signings though, I wouldn't worry too much. You might need to sign another defender or two but otherwise, you've got a squad easily good enough to stay above the drop.

My incredibly early prediction: Chelsea Manchester City Manchester United Tottenham Liverpool Arsenal Fulham Swansea West Ham Everton West Brom Southampton Newcastle Aston Villa Norwich Cardiff Sunderland Hull City Stoke City Crystal Palace Southampton will be top half this season. (7th) Hull Cardiff Palace To go down Well Southampton just signed Pablo Osvaldo from Roma, they look like they might do really well this season!

Would love to see Crystal Palace upset Tottenham, I really want them to stay up this season as I'm a massive fan of Ian Holloway and it'll be good to see how Jedinak fares in the Premier League but damn, it's going to be tough for them.

Was at the 'G for the game, I reckon out of the 60,000 that were there only about 10-20k were Carlton fans. I was absolutely surrounded by Richmond fans and could hardly hear a peep whenever we kicked a goal. Awesome win though, would be an amazing turnaround if we somehow managed to make finals but we're only going to get smashed if we somehow make it anyway so no dramas

Get an active lad! Generally though you should be fine to just come and stand in the active area, i can't remember being checked all season for an active membership tbh. The only thing would be with the derby games, sometime's acg decide to do there job properly and check, but you should be fine with a general admission membership Yeah I am thinking I will, loving the payment plan option, reckon I will do it! I went to around 3 games last year have been a fan for a while and you blokes do a great job and am keen to get on board properly, Cheers! I'm in your boat mate, went to a few games last season and sat in Premium B but decided to fully commit to active for the first time for this season and I cannot wait!
