Erik was always one of my favourite players. I think we'll see how effective he really was from now on. Melling is a shadow of his former self and Retre is well off the pace after being left out of the midfield for so long. We can't have these two trying to shield the shittest defence in the league. Our only hope is Malik, who I am undecided on.

Adelaide have had a good streak but look who they've played in those 8 games. Been a very easy run. Beating Sydney back in December is the only really impressive result in their streak. Beating Brisbane last week was reasonably impressive but Brisbane have gone full retard without Maclaren and Borello. Brisbane have gotten their Olyroos boys back now, they should be putting CCM, Newy and Perth to the sword.

I reckon Brisbane have an easier run than us over the next 5... Weather in Sydney is shit (as usual) so it's going to be a wet and wild night. There has been a notable increase in both posts and upvotes since this thread was posted. Suggestions with plenty of upvotes and supportive comments will be hard for the club to ignore. FRG is great for larger scale issues, but why wait months for basic matchday issues to be discussed and resolved when we have a direct line to the club with City Voice? I would encourage anyone posting there to crosspost here for attention.
