Can anyone else see the midfield of Ball, Beams, Pendlebury and Swan becoming one of the best of all time? Obviously there are people on here who have followed footy longer than I possibly could have and may know better, but you're blind if you didn't see how awesome it was to have all our guns together in the midfield last night.

Roff at Pendles saying his delivery could have been better. The guy is a fucking freak.

And Heath Shaw's double don't argue late in the gamewas one of the highlights of our season so far.

Ball getting back to into it now, Beams barely missed a beat last night, good signs.

And Geelong is in a period of transition - We won our three flags remember???

We have debuted more kids in the last two years than any other club bar GWS.

Every single week we play more players who have played under 50 games than the side we play - (Except for GWS and GC).

Just a few names: Motlop, Vardy, Smedlts, T Hunt, Guthrie, Caddy, Horlin-Smith, Blivcas,Murdoch, Stringer, Christensen, Duncan etc

And yet we are only second due to minimal percentage and we have beaten the side on top of us (By Percentage) both times.

 

You blokes on the other hand are meant to be at the peak of premiership clock.

You even went and headhunted a second key forward in Lynch (A guy who is fucken old - I should know more than anyone) to target the flag.

And best new player this year has been a mature age recruit in Sammy Dwyer.

You are hunting the flag - Yet you are still behind Richmond on ladder in seventh.

 

But DW it still really hurts that your midfield is better than ours at the moment.

So you think you have the best midfield in the game. Arguably the best key forward. Best swing man in Reid better kids than us. But we're 2nd your 7th. So in what areas IYO are Geelong superior to Collingwood?
