In b4 I waste my last Friday night watching a fkn train wreck for season 2013/14 And they thought 'Obamacare' was bad.
-
His 22 minutes have been my personal highlight of what's been a phenomenal season. Was worth the punt just a pity it didn't pay. Good look to him the future, gun in his day.

Poor bugger can be totally excused for his error, non issue imo. It's the senior players in front of him that need to be shot.

Great Fred, well done melbournian.

Oh, and that Hawaii junket has proven to be worth the pinch of shit it looked to be when they announced it. No one can turn shit into clay ever. We looked at a visa player who in turn we signed. Thats fine....if he was to be a regular starter. The bright sparks wasted a visa on a bloody water boy helping chase down loose balls at training. Ingenious.

Been patiently waiting to log in on a positive note but ill die of thirst waiting any longer. Cpt. Scott T Munn MUST been thrown overboard as the club is completely directionless. We possess a squad that will be completely turned over again making for another year of likely poor results. Tadic and Garcia sadly wont be here. Unsure about gohards contract but quite possibly our three best could be gone just to compound it all. When will someone wake up and realise heads must roll. Things are worse in EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT than 9 months ago when I made this thread ffs and alarms were ringing then. Wake up please!

I do that regularly on a weekend. I think I've found my life calling!

Un cappuccino o due cappuccini? idiota In lira please...

What possible fee could they ask for him? Market value must be a Big Mac meal and worse case they bend us over for a family meal.

Not one bit surprised by this. I sound like a broken record but Good and Hamill were absolute shining lights last season, well beyond anyone else in the squad. Talent, the physical base to build on, mental capacity and potential in spades. Shattered if they are both gone come kick-off but to anyone with a set of eyeballs it was a highly probable situation. I admire the clubs almost blase' and flippant reaction to this. 'We will find some more kids, done it once we'll do it again etc etc' So in other words we're going to pick up what could best be described as 2 or 3 #1 draft picks each year......ffs, get off the grass. If by some miracle it does repeat within two seasons then we can say goodbye to JD as he will also be poached internationally,.

Jacob Poscoliero apparently on trial. Quick turnaround in his plans http://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/jacob-poscoliero-pursues-italian-dream/story-e6frg7mf-1226409346630

One of these maligned blokes will no doubt step up this year, just as there's every possibility of one of the better performers stagnating or going backwards. New coach, new ideas and a new methodology will undoubtedly benefit someone. He looked a shadow of his NQF days last season, the only way is up really.

Because this is an interemenet forum and I've missed the ruling that actual facts are important.

If the rumoured fee is correct its a bargain signing and should prove to be quite an astute piece of business. I hope we have a sell on % but as they can be worthless we should at a minimum be including a fee once x amount of games have been played. Not happy with the fee personally but we are stuck between a rock and a hard place when selling Australian talent o/s.

I presume it's school holidays or the special school just got the internet connected.

Terra is that guy that would be subbed in at the 75' mark, then proceed to run around like a headless chook yeah. Maybe I have him confused but not to worry, good luck to him.

Well played sir, well played indeed. Jimmy has summed it up well in his above post. This shit leads to a depressive like state when the fantasy doesn't become reality. Does seem to have a sense of inevitability that he eventually lands here but of course the sooner the better.

Not sure if the 'sign him up' fans are serious, its July 1 not April 1.

Who is going to buy a WHU shirt after their promotion?
downbylaw replied to moops's topic in World Football
Moops is obviously cashed up on the Sing at the moment and has money to burn. -
If it's decided on that basis then why not Qatar or Luxembourg...yes, Singapore would be close to double or more over Australia's G.D.P, I wont deny that. Why would Singaporean consumers differ from the rest of the world and reach for Melb Heart Merchandise ahead of PL, la-liga and serie-a team gear? I wont use the past 48 hours of no sleep as an excuse but I fail to see this golden goose that you allude to moops. Not intending to be a smartarse but would love to read your reasoning as im baffled.

^We did tour to Hawaii and imo it's a complete waste of money at the present moment. At a guess the cost with Heart footing all bills it would approach the 60-80k mark for 20 people for a week in singapore, In this current MHFC(melbourne heart financial crisis) and for that matter most of the HAL its completely unnecessary, even more so with no ACL campaign on the horizon.

What a conundrum.....I like LR9's above post with the update but selfishly dislike the fact it appears as if Curtis is on to bigger and better things. Was quite obvious all last season his apparent destiny was overseas and soon. Personally surprised Hamill hasn't also been on trial somewhere but mark my words he WILL be the next one snapped up, of that I have no doubt. EDIT. 600k is a dead set steal imo, Not impressed with the board accepting such a pittance

Appears as if I jumped the gun on that one. After a poor season they've lost their stranglehold on the HAL prize of Friday night football scoring only five Friday night home games.
