Learnt a while a ago we're treated like fools and one would be quite naive to believe anymore than about 5% that comes from H.Q. Would've taken the mic hostage and not shut up so be thankful those that made it;) Dead set cracker this 2000 extra members equals break even on the books for the year after roughly dropping 2.5mil seaso 11/12. On further inspection though JA is on work for the dole wages saving say 500k, + 2k members adds roughly another 500k, stay under the wage budget which im sure we will do saves another 500k and there's 1.5million. Must have a threadbare staff roster allready with the lack of everything so unsure of cuts there but where's the other 1million that's needed and the added possible 250-500k shortfall if membership is stagnant going to come from?

In reference to mario, I dont understand why anyone sharing a differing opinion gets labelled a troll on this forum. Facts are facts and stats generally dont lie. 'no gol gols' has had a decent opportunity to show his wares and frankly isn't up to it, plenty of vpl etc players are of an equal or higher skill set but maybe mid 20's, nothing to say they can't improve when in a professional position that the a-league offers. While im sure we will be filling the roster with quite a few 1st time a-league players this season im with Mario in asking 'how many chances does the p.e.t bottle get. Not sure of mario being a troll, his a shit one if so. The club has provided tonnes of far better material he could go with.

Those 5 game memberships are a fkn bargain when they include the derby. I paid $30 something just to upgrade to level 2 for the xmas derby from memory. Be fuming right now if I'd have paid $495 only to get on here and read that. Might just wait the purchase out this year....
