http://stereogum.com/1172391/stream-tamaryn-tender-new-signs/album-stream/ This is really excellent I reckon. -
20 from captain Rojas, not bad.

Billy Celeski = dumbcunt of the year.

I know Phil Petrovski, the goalkeeper from Moreland (went to my school). His facebook seems to indicate that he is very much in the NYL squad of Melbourne Victory, not Petreski or Petrevski. Good one.

TBH i'm screwed as well, we only do a semester of contracts so consider both your semesters crammed into one. I survive on the summaries later year students have given me and hope for the best really. From what i heard i wouldn't worry too much though, it's not expected that you do much better than a P in first year - last assignment for example they gave out about 10 distinctions across a cohort of about 500. In terms of structuring i really don't do anything out of the ordinary (Hirac etc). Much more complex for Contracts than torts in that you have to compare simalir cases that often don't have ratio so you have to use judgements as persuasive, whereas Torts was much simpler. :/ Also Marteux look up Susan Kiefel.

I'm doing first year law as well. Example of a tute question (taken from an old exam) which i should be preparing for at the moment: So basically you go through and ask what the main issues are for the various points of law. In this instance, you would essentially be writing two responses; one for action between Catherine and Lucy, and one for Catherine and Dave. Catherine and Dave you'd ask wether Dave effectively repudiated from the Contract, in effect bringing it to an end and potential termination. Then you'd remember back to the 20 or so cases you'd read for the week and try to apply the judgements to the set of facts to work out how the court would best construe the contract/ view the situation and give advice to Catherine about her rights. And the process continues. It's problem solving using a large set of case precedents to try and fit to the material facts to get the best outcome for your client. Our exam will be basically two questions like that. It's a lot of reading and a lot of work which you can't fuck around and do nothing all term, irrespective of how much freedom and independance you now have. Compared to Arts, where i barely do any work other than attend lectures and you can still do well. Hope that answers your question in terms of expanding? Let us know what you want to know about Uni.

Unlikely, has been keen for a Canberra A-League venture so he's more likely to come over when that happens imo. He's only 28 though...seems like it would be a long way off.

IDK how fresh out of VCE you are tesla but last year's economics 3/4 was designed to be very Pro-Labor and Centre Left. Sorry to dissapoint you. You re-learn how to read and then do that a lot.

Look i can see where you're coming from but it's just a ridiculous view to hold given the lack of game time Tadic has had, and especially ridiculous considering your favourable opinion of Hoffman. By your logic Hoffman shouldn't be on the teamlist at all. Are you going to make that call too? D-Mac is in better form - socred a bucketload in pre-season and is in more comfortable surroundings having played in the league already. He's under less pressure and stress, it's fair enough. The system we're playing really only allows for one FC at a time unless he wants to be played out of position so that's why he's been on the bench. I just don't understand how you can come to the conclusion that he's therefore worthless. 27 games in a soccer season is short, but we've played players into form and fitness every other year so why should Tadic all of a sudden get flack? Do you think that Germano should get lost too/ any player that gets injured and is recovering? Edit: inb4 "i'm entitled to have my own opinion". http://theconversati...ur-opinion-9978

ffs. So the fact that Tadic has played half a game out of his ususal position is enough for us to decide wether he's good enough? The fact that he has arrived late - potentially due to a plethora of complicated reasons means that he doesn't care? He's making a trek to a differnt hemisphere, completely different continent when he for all purposes could have found an average club in Europe, Asia, The middle East even though he apparently doens't care? Come on. Give him a chance before you start talking shit. Again, Tadic has played really 60 minutes of proper football here, somewhat out of position, how the fuck is that enough to base a judgement of conscience? ALso curious to know what you see when Babalj plays, or even Berbatov. I think you really need to just relax and let the players do their thing before jumping to conclusions about them.

I'm unhappy we won, because it will perpetuate the idea amongst FFA that Holger is getting the job done, which he is clearly not. The team was pretty pathetic last night, barely deserved to win. Holger is still useless and not doing his job properly - particuarly the youth development he spoke so passionately for a few years back. Sack him sooner rather than later.
-
We will have the best bench in the league.
-
Potentially the most exciting thing about this signing - more Grella interviews.

Aloisi looks like he's about to staunch some kents in the second photo. Would still defs tap that.
