Thank you for the collage. I am well aware of his apprenticeship/experience and I am not saying that I am expecting him to fail. I just have concerns, as our fan base has a long history of making excuses and accepting mediocrity. We saw the difference a coach can make in one season under mombaerts. We need to start demanding more than 'close enough'. Who knows- maybe (hopefully) Paddy is going to smash it. I just feel it's a bit of a risky move at a pivotal time for the club. One great thing to come out of that cluster fuck of a season is the unity and belief that we can win. We need to capitalize on that. If the next manager cant deliver (no matter who they are) it's going to undo everything that was built

This is my concern. I am not sure now is the right time for a rookie senior coach. We need to build the winning mentality at this club if we are going to grow. If we give someone a job because we like them and make excuses we are going backwards

We need to improve on this season. Need a dunny seat no matter who is in charge

This is the part that concerns me. I feel like supporters will let a lot of things slide because we all love him. I just hope he's the right man for the job and I am worrying over nothing.
