The league as a whole is struggling, look at WSW they were massive a few years ago. Two seasons of Joyce and the loss of some fan favourites was the final straw for some. It will take time to bring them back unless they are lost to the league, because honestly WU are pointless and MV are trash.

Matchday 15: v Newcastle - Saturday 18th January 7.30pm at AAMI Park

CFG understand we don’t connect with blue but branding is a long term strategy. In 10 years kids will be in their teens and will have only known city as blue and make the connection to other CFG teams. Hell, Im plastic as fuck and follow NYCFC and Manchester City. -

The bloke commentates everything from AFL, NRL and BBL he is bound to fuck up occasionally. I do like when watching AFL he will chuck some soccer terms into his commentary. -
New country, not given much time to settle, language? The J-League is a step above the A-League so hopefully he can adapt better here.

Obligatory highlight video

Herald Sun running with it too. Fuck it would be nice to get a foreigner of serious quality.
-
Bloke on FB reckons he's: A Spaniard Long career in la liga Over 30 y.o Last played in Malaysia Also played J league 1 cap for Spain Europa league runner up
-
Fake news cause we’ll sign him Thursday and not the ‘end of the week’
-
Disagree mate, look at his stats pre Zlatan.
-
Bart struggled with injuries before coming to City, just saying.
-
Was bloody good at LA but injury prone
-
Nek minnit we sign Corey Brown
-
There's a few decent out of contract MLS wingers/forwards floating around that would be decent signings like Brek Shea, Justin Meram, Quincy Amarikwa.
-
He’s a solid squaddie and should be used as an impact sub. Sure, he is frustrating but most teams in this league have a headless chook winger and he won’t be needed to start once we sign Rojas.

Can’t blame Whipping boys Deano or Jamo. Blame goes on our missed opportunities -

Just finished watching the reply. The forum whipping boys Jamison, was serviceable and Noone was quite good and should be played on the right. Delbo was unlucky copping a red but he is nowhere near last years form and deserved to be benched for Windy. Florin also showed what he can offer and if the rumours of him leaving are true we will need to replace him with another creative midfielder. -
I’m not sure we can though, look at our past visa recruiting. Our best bet would be to target successful A-League imports like Mirijevski, Bobo, Krishna, etc who have left our league.
-
Harsh on Cabrera. I’d also persist with Luna

Agreed. No manager has been able to break our cycle of shitting the bed in big games, which is un-fucking-acceptable -

Our defence is looking hog shit -
I was skeptical, but he's improved a heap from his stint at CCM and deserves to keep his spot.
