Went to Oktoberfest with them a few months back. Was fucking unbelievable. Can imagine certain sporting events wouldn't be the best experience though.

It may be fine in some matches but of recent times the teams who have had the majority of success have keepers like Ryan, Covic and Theo. All far superior to Velaphi. History shows you those who have major success have class keepers.

Wasnt his best match but to compare his match to Williams is down right rude.

For mine this is our most important game of the season. We have a poor record in Newcastle and this club have a record of letting everyone down just when things are looking up. Clearly right at the moment our biggest issue is with the front 3. That is evident by the fact our leading scorer is our DM. Fitting Koren into our starting lineup is a bit tricky also. I wonder if there's a chance we may play 4 centrally in midfield with Koren at the front of a diamond formation. Anyway, walking away from this with anything less then 3 points will be a step backwards in our season.

Yep, used to love trundling down to the g to watch the vics kick the shit out of everyone.Must have been a while ago. Since the turn of the century even little old Tassie have a more impressive trophy cabinet. Vics won 4 out of the first 5 big bash comps, one of 'em was against your lads... When it was at state level it really wasn't a serious competition. Each state played minimal games Attendances were lower. It didn't attract main stream television coverage and was more than anything a trial to see if domestic t20 cricket had a future. Personally, I think the current format is much better. The thing I don't think that works and you'd have a better knowledge is that the so called derby's (Melbourne and Sydney) don't quite work.

There was barely a time that Perth look dangerous down their left flank today. Wielaert also got forward a few times provided a couple of crosses and a great cutback in the first half to Melling that led to a shot. He seemed to tire in the second half but for a bloke playing out of position. I thought he was quite good. Paartalu just continues to get better. How you fit Koren into our starting XI atm I'm not sure. The obvious spot is Melling's but this bloke puts in potentially more than any City/Heart player ever has and his quality. Chapman and Tando great again. Unfortunately though Kisnorbo went from our best last week to this week being our worst.
