The only dark horse in this is Newcastle; they play 4 of the top 6 clubs so they can have a major influence on how the top 4 is shaped if they can take some points off them...unfortunately, they have Hoffman so nothing will come of it!

Hello Ladies & Gents, I will be getting my head shaved for the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Great Shave at half-time in this round's match against AUFC at Coopers Stadium. I was going to just shave my head at work, but since we're playing AUFC on that same day I emailed the club about potentially having my head shaved on the pitch during the AUFC game. City contacted AUFC who thought it's a great initiative and will get one of their members to shave my head and I their head as a half-time activation. Since travelling to Adelaide is at my own expense I can't donate any more than what I have so I thought long and hard about whether I post it here and reveal my identity, but as this is for a great cause and close to my heart I don't mind. Can someone please clarify something for me: I know that the Australian Marquee spot was changed to the "Domestic" Marquee spot (before it became the second marquee spot), which allowed New Zealanders (aka Shane Smeltz) to be signed by an Australian club and not take up the "International Marquee" spot. My question is, do NZ players definitely take up a VISA spot in the A-League? In the ACL they do, fine...but in the A-League too?
