  1. He is out of contract at seasons end. If he leaves us he will become a club hopper just moving from club to club. Has no finish tbh. 3 goals in 50 games
  2. That’s how the Germano treatment centre stays open.
  3. That’s how the Germano treatment centre stays open.
  4. There’s the article. Hopefully we get it over the line and it’s not another a Troisi
  5. * Korea and he was in KLeague team of the season but is very injury prone it seems here
  6. I thought Brad Rowse was our CEO think that was a translation issue probably meant football director
  7. https://footballnationradio.com/2020/01/10/melbourne-city-travel-to-brisbane-without-key-defenders/ While Mombaerts was tight lipped about the Rojas link, he says replacing Cabrera with another international in the January window could be an option. “I can’t answer too much about this, this kind of question you can ask to [CEO] Michael Petrillo, it is one option to substitute Javier because we want to find a similar player, but it is one option…we also have other options,” he said.
  8. Windbichler not available tomorrow becoming injury prone. Suppose brillante or Griffiths move into CB
  9. Western United do also have a bigger cap than us this season think extra 500k. Just offer back ended marquee deals and the prospect of returning to Europe with our pathways. Should be a more enticing club / destination club than Western United. Also to be added they don’t play wingers so don’t see how he could fit in their system. Thought they would be targeting a Striker not winger
  10. Only two hours to go currently 7:40 in Manchester
  11. Retre will play in that position. Done pretty well vs us as well.
  12. Can guarantee he won’t be playing
  13. Rojas signing would be a statement from intent from the club showing ambition. Complete upgrade on Cabrera. Berenguer, Luna, Noone, JMAC, Rojas 😍. What a formidable front line that would be.
  14. If they get Rojas I would applaud the club being proactive as Rojas is a clear upgrade on Cabrera
  15. “Socceroos winger Daniel Arzani has rejected the chance to return to Melbourne City, as he focuses on reclaiming his spot in Celtic’s first-team squad. Former Melbourne Victory star Marco Rojas looms as a more realistic replacement for Cabrera, with the Kiwi open to an A-League return after a stint in Denmark.” https://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/football/a-league/teams/melbourne-city/socceroo-daniel-arzani-faces-tough-battle-to-regain-celtic-spot/news-story/cfdc277c6b3c7c0cc8add6fa866da5d0
  16. https://www.theage.com.au/sport/soccer/could-rojas-replace-cabrera-at-melbourne-city-20200108-p53pr2.html
  17. Rojas sign him to a backended marquee deal as Berenguer marquee status ends this season. Same as what we did with Maclaren targeting proven Aleague quality exactly what we need.
  18. I was more talking about when Troisi when behind our backs when the deal was done to sign back with victory in 2017.
  19. There’s more substance to the Rojas one I agree. He’s currently in Melbourne so hopefully club gets the deal done unlike the Troisi one where it fell apart at the end.
