I think the black kit has to be worn at night due to the heat. Regarding when will we use the kit, I think that brings up a question does an A League team need one in the first place? Has anyone thought it could be our FFA Cup kit?

Overall I'm happy with the kits. Reusing last seasons is a bit lazy but the black kit makes up for. Got my self the training kit for half the price as the normal kit's it's a bargain.

If what has been reported is true this will be the last season with Nike as Puma is set to sign a deal to be the kit provider of the CFG excluding NYCFC.

Tbh I won't be surprised if that ends up happening. But when a club says they are realising 3 kits you would think that means a third kit.

Thinking about 3rd kits we have only had 3 in our history all of them when we were Heart. The two black kits one with a red and white sash and if I remember correctly a kit with all the players social media names of the back. The other one was for our 100th game with all the members names on it (which I regret not buying to this day) and when we wore it against Newcastle we broke our losing streak.

Maybe for the away something like the Man City away just change the colours to red and white. And IMO I would love to see the white with red sash come back as either our away or third kit.

Another season means there will be new kits which will be revealed on the 10th of August at Birrarung Marr. The club has also confirmed that there will be three kits this season.
