Probably right on both counts. Just hope Mooy doesn't plateau but gets even better. He has just got better and better over last 24 months and I reackon socceroos involvement played a huge part.

More and more the need for a Marquee center back screams out. If not then Visa as a minimum. If we go into another season with such an obvious weakness then we are pretty much cooked. Malik, Chapman, Ruon, Muscat and Clisby will not cut it for a title. Just put in a gun CB and we have a serious squad.

Just spoke to membership hotline to update email details and asked about this seasons Marquee and was told there will be some announcements this week. When I pressed for details she said she didn't know anything but keep an eye the website the next few days. So without saying much she said a lot if you know what I'm mean.

Exactly my thoughts. That's also assuming Bruno has moved into Marquee. He may play out this season under the cap and get a big contract next season. These so far 2 unused Marquee spots are very intriguing.

Lets see if its at this level in 8 weeks. Last year was similar started off reasonable then turned into a dribble and almost non existent. But yes credit to them at the moment it is good.
