If most clubs aren't filing 2 marquee positions currently , why would they sign 3 ? The vast majority of the footballing world isn't anything like the Epl, They have meagre attendances and survive on player sales revenue into the big leagues. Even in the epl with wealthy clubs/benefactors spending 100m at the top there are losers at the bottom, clubs that get relegated lose tens of millions every season
