I haven't had any since the update actually, but I only updated yesterday as I haven't had an internet connection for my laptop in a couple of weeks. I had one crash before the update though.

Obviously different for each position, but it's just whatever I feel is the absolute most important for each role. My forwards have good finishing and composure, and then pace strength and positioning etc are secondary stats that are important too. I also use my scouts opinions on each players potential ability a lot, particularly amongst young kids like Byrne and Mohannad Abdul Raheem
