@Tesla, $2.50 for Australia-NZ Group A Quinella @ CWC. Thoughts?

Don't mind this.

I would have been unsure, but yesterday's warm up matches really changed things. NZ beating SA was massive, it was such a convincing win as well. And England lost to Pakistan, who have sent probably their worst ever squad to a WC, though England played a second string team so I can't draw too much of a negative conclusion. It's really NZ's display against SA that has me thinking they should do quite well.

Got $2.25 odds for Solvakia u19 against Norway u19, coming up in an hour or so, odds seem quite good going by the form book might be worth looking at if anyone is interesting in having a bet tonight.

Ladbrokes have:

Australia, New Zealand and India to all win their opening match at $4.50

In.

Normally these Ladbrokes Mega Multis are trash, like they're giving $4 and just doing the multi yourself comes to $3.80 or something, but this one is pretty huge. Would only be about $3 as a normal multi via Ladbrokes, but via Sportsbet it would be $2.80. Ladbrokes doesn't seem to think too highly of India's chance of beating Pakistan and that's the most dangerous leg as Australia and NZ are about as guaranteed a win as you can have in international ODI cricket against a proper (top 8) team.

Random as fuck sport though, where a coin toss can provide a substantial advantage, where a bit of bad luck on missing out on a wicket can cost you a game when that batsmen goes on to make 100, etc.

They're alright, but currently in ODI Australia is better and with home advantage it's not even much if a match up TBH.

Another of the intricacies in cricket, home advantage is stronger since you get the pitch and field you want.

Put a bet on pakistan to counter act the final leg of that mega multi I had, not confident in India. Still got a great return on Australia and NZ winning, over $2.7 when a normal multi would have been like $2.

Also did this, the amount of multis I've lost due to the final leg failing is beyond me.

India looking quite good at the moment, will win back all of yesterday's losses if they win, and will still profit a bit if Pakistan win.

Got a bit of money off this..Thoughts on their next one?

NZ over England, SA over India, and Pakistan over West Indies @ $4:25

Have a bit left from a free bet turnover I might chuck on that

EDIT: Multi comes to $3.65 if you do it yourself anyway

Yeah was going to point out it's not a huge amount better, but decent.

I was also more confident with the 3 legs on the first multi.

It's a pass for me.

William Hill Australia is set to launch next week on Tuesday 24th February replacing Sportingbet.

Centrebet and Tomwaterhouse brands will continue to run as previously outlined and will be looked at in due course later in 2015.

I hope they hook up some bonuses or good offers

Well we have a Match Race it appears on Saturday at Flemington... personally I reckon Deep Field will get the job done so I will on him with "Best of the Best" odds.

Happy to be on Lankan Rupee myself. Has all the boxes ticked Flemington straight, first up, 1000m and WFA. Deep Field really struggled up the straight last spring and it was just his class the got him home. It was a pretty week Salinger that day. Plus if this was a handicap Lankan Rupee would be giving Deep Field around 4kgs

Also, Luxbet BOB plus 10%

Signed up to Luxbet, very good experience so far (withdrawing 480 after depositing 150 certainly helps in that regard), good markets, good odds, interesting promos, etc. will be up there with sportsbet and beteasy as my most used going forward.

Did they match your first deposit? Yeah, deposited 150, got 150 bonus bet. You cant break it up which is shit, but it worked out good as I chucked it on a draw betweend PSG and Chelsea, easy 300 profit.

Then it was just a matter of turning the 450 in my account over, got up to like 580 but lost the last 100$ worth of bets. which is shit as I only lost those last 100 becauae I wanted to withdraw before I go on holiday this weekend, if it wasnt for that I would have bet more sensibly. Still cant complain with 480 withdrawal
