Any chance the A-League will finally allow clubs to put the league patch on the shoulder this year? It ruins the kits, and I’d imagine restricts the templates manufacturers use...

1. Sign some big name marquee players. Legitimately big name players. 2. Let some of the exciting young players play - metcalfe, najjarine 3. Work with puma to produce some genuinely good kits, keeping the red and white.

Fuck we suck. Surely playing a striker like Gianluca Iannucci is better then nothing!

Good for him but still pretty disappointing for us. It would have been nice to watch him play a full season. Not sure what the plan is here. Man City won’t splash out on stars or even ageing stars for us. The minute we find or develop our own they are shipped out... How are we going to bring in new fans and generate excitement without either of the two? Arzani would have put a few more bums in seats, a lot of your “one every four year” football fans got around his hype. If they ship him out they need to bring in a marquee with a recognizable name.

It would be good to see some renewed focus on the actual match day experience. We are never going to have the level of players the European leagues have but our match day experience could be something rival leagues AFL/NRL could not ever emulate. One major issue is all the over policing/security ruining the experience. Orlando City in the MLS doing amazing things with their match day experience.
