  1. I think you'll find that we aren't just mindless consumers of product no matter how it's marketed. I won't be wearing any blue to the football, I have lots of red that I'll wear until it wears out many years from now. Why on earth would I want to buy blue jerseys? Erm, right, ok then. Maybe i should of gone to specsavers as im sure i keep seeing people at the ground with Melbourne Heart Jerseys, scarfs and hats on!!
  2. Yes, hence why they are buying Melbourne Hearts. I've just heard from a close source in Manchester that Man City bought Melbourne Hearts so it could charge them money for services, player loans and scouting. Therefore, it will show up on there accounts that it was bringing money to the club and not just spending and therefore get around the FIFA fair play rules. If you think about another reason to our takeover is, changing the colours and name can only mean one thing for City's owners..... more money. Fans and day trippers here will spend thousands on new kits and other stuff as Red / white is no more. How many of you fans are going to wear a Heart FC shirt next season??? None i guess. Therefore, the income of Melbourne City FC merchandise on City's accounts will also support them against FIFA rules....If they do get found guilty (which i doubt the blue scum vermin's will), then i presume they will be out of Europe CL and banned from transfer's. As ive always said......Money cant buy success, earn it first buy winning you grotty sugar daddy twats.
  3. Have to say the way you go on about City reminds me of how some idiotic Victory fans talk about Heart. Have noticed the same thing with some manu fans on here since City have brought us. Always disliked manu because of their fans. Growing up I would hear we are the only big club blah, blah, blah. What league does your team play in (Spurs). I suppose not being the top dog anymore and that other teams can spend the same or more makes some people bitter. We should just go up and ask if they need a hug and tell them it will all be ok. Your all drunk on oil again aren't you? I'm a United fan not ManU . Thats classed as a Munich insult. You would know this if your a United / City fan from ''Manchester''. Its called banter boys. Just like my City fan mates from Stockport give me when we skype every week. I had missed calls, message on facebook from all my City mates back home taking the piss out of me in regards to Heart takeover.
  4. Tune: Oh my darling Clementine Build a bonfire, Build a bonfire, Put Sydney on the top, Put Victory in the middle, And we'll burn the f*cking lot tune: this is how it feels (Inspiral Carpets) This is how it feels to be Victory This is how it feels to be small This is how it feels when your team wins nothing at all Nothing at all... tune: Unknown Hello, hello, we are the the Melbourne boys, Hello, hello, we are the the Melbourne boys, And if you are a Sydney fan, Surrender or you'll die, We all follow.....(not sure what to say at the end) . Tune : Lord of the Dance Drink, drink, wherever you may be, We are the drunk and disorderly, And we don't give a f*ck, and we don't give a sh*t, We're going home with the championship.
  5. City are a very anonymous team without a clear identity, at Premier League level they are playing good football but even their own manager can't remember who they are, reminds me of when Robinho signed for them, he thought he'd signed for Chelsea!! I also noticed that a shocking showing by City's laughing stock support once again , empty areas and you could here a pin drop in the first half , out sang , out supported by Sunderland from start to finish , they really are the joke that never stops giving , need a bigger ground in East Manchester? Don't make me laugh , they can't fill the fukin council owned stadium they've got. Oh i forgot.... Citeh are a massive club
  6. Yep cause chelsea haven't thrown money around, manu have in the past, fuck me they even spent 40m+ on a player that's not a starter at a rival club We are allowed to spend money as we are a successful club. You win trophy's, you make money, hence why we could buy players. What the fuck have City won? 1x premier title, 1x FA cup 1x League cup since takeover and have spent $700m. How does that work? Its classed as buy you way to success. Since when did City & Chelsea bring players through the youth? From what i heard Chelsea have spent nearly 2Billion since the takeover on both signings and wages (think its 10year). Its Man United not Man U.... Man U is not a term United fans refer to themselves as. The term is only used by other supporters as a complete and utter insult to our club. The "u" is meant to be "you" by the rival fans. An early example of its usage is this chant by West Brom fans: "Duncan Edwards is manure, rotting in his grave, man you are manure- rotting in your grave". The origin of "Man U" is a song to insult the dead Duncan Edwards. Liverpool and Leeds fans copied this with their own man you /u versions to insult all of the lads who died at munich. "Man U Man U went on a plane Man U Man U never came back again" and.. "Man U Never Intended Coming Home" (if you combine the first letter of each word you get the word "munich"). I hope this makes it clearer that saying Man U is an insult, particularly to the older supporters and to see United fans using it now is shameful. I hope a few might read this, understand and spread the word.
  7. Liverpool are flying, upto second now, if Arsenal keep losing maybe United will catch them but as Stoke have one of the best home records outside the top six, I think you'll be better off seeing pigs fly than that occurring. United will only become a top four side again the season after next. They need at least 4 world class players. - A left back - An experienced centre back - Two midfielders (a proper winger + cover at full back .. depending on who we sell) I dont care who wins the EPL as long as its not Man buy the league Citeh. Fukin hate them more than a fillet a fish burger at Mc Donalds.
  8. Really good fanzine and i was impressed. There was just a load of them scattered about the tables outside the Imperial so didn't have a clue who created them or small donation to ect. I read it on the train on way home and page 6 'SHEIKH, RATTLE AND ROLL' was a really good article. Really impressive lads. Team & authors of Schip happens....please keep them coming.
  9. That was the best Heart game ever! The "only one team in Melbourne" chant well and truly pissed Victory off. I walked near a load of Victory fans on the way to Flinders Street down Batman Avenue and they threw stones from the footpath (blue scum dickheads) at 6 pissed up Heart fans when they went past on Melbourne bike shares chanting 4 nil! Plus, to top it off, i heard a young kid in a Victory shirt say to his Dad "can we start supporting Hearts now". I Looked at his Dad's face and presume he's grounded his kid for the rest of his life. I was laughing my tits off! Cant believe how things have changed since the takeover. Really chuffed with the league position now. From being down in the dumps in October last year to fighting for the top four place four months later. I'm not going to get my hopes up to much but things are looking pretty good. Cant wait to go work tomorrow and ask the Victory fans what the final score was.
  10. Ladies, Gents, Hardcore supporters, Heart Ultra's & The Imperial Heart Firm, I need some help. How does it work on the derby in regards to the membership seating? Obliviously i am a hated fat basterd day tripper pommie fan, as no doubt some of you have guessed, so i am unsure whether i need to stand / sit based in the spot based on my active supporter membership card? Or can i stand / sit anywhere i like? I presume its going to be like normal in the supporters area i.e. no seating, hardcore chanting, VB beer thrown about and the fans knowing that we can do what the fuck we want?..... Unlike Man Utd at old trafford where you always get a day tripper who takes photo's at the stadium more than watching the game, plus has a bag from the UTD megastore. Let me know
  11. Why didn't they just start there own franchise club AKA ''Melbourne City FC'' in the first place and leave us alone. Its getting annoying now. It reminds me of when the Glazers took over Man Utd in 2005, the fans did everything the could to stop it...But as others mentioned before me...Money is everything and fans cant do NOTHING. LOVE HEARTS HATE SHEIKH MANSOUR MHTID
  12. have'nt you heard of the fa cup, league cup, pokal, copa del ray, copa italia ect ect ect All of your above are all knock out stage trophy's as the worlds leagues are not knock out stages. There is a difference between a league and a cup....
  13. I feel this weird trophy tournament adds to the A league weird trophy tournament stages. To this day i still don't understand why the hell you have a semi final and final in a football league (not Gay FL the Hyundai A League i mean). If you finish no 1 then you are the champions no matter what. The FFA cup is Another strange creation of a football trophy tournament that i don't understand...Pot A, PotB ermmmm PotC. Whoever created this was on fu-kin POT!!
  14. I didn't come to this game as i was too busy with a ''one for the team'' wide camel toe on Sat. However, i watched the highlights and the performance and atmosphere was great. If only we started / played like this at the beginning of the season. I feel a couple of good signings before the start of next season and we will be up there in the top four no doubt. If we win our next game against the ''Berty blue nose scum'' then i will buzz my big man boobs off!! Fukin avin it large!!
  15. Im in. Just need to book a room in the 5* YHA hostel and buy a ticket.
  16. He's a top player and wish he started at the beginning of the season. I feel when Engelaar and King Kewell play in midfield together we dominate the game and create great chances. I hope they both start in the derby Be careful Victory, be very careful.. '' ENGELAAR THE MIDFIELD GENERAL'' is gonna tear you apart!
  17. Better! City can offer you the very latest in wheel-supported, green portable ice bath recovery units, to be installed in their own special area. They even come in multiple varieties: Now we're talking. Custom fitted for Engelaar, Kewell, and Mifsud. The last one is a bit big for Mifsud. A Citeh fans house in Mad-chester
  18. Great game and great performance by the lads. Things are getting better at the club. Williams was amazing and i believe he is the first Heart player to get a hat-trick for the club, is this correct? Or am i fuckin stupid
  19. Pretty gutted im not going as it seems its going to be a top day. I feel we will get a great result. If anyone is off to the imperial tomorrow then just let us know.
  20. This forum is full of Stockport Citeh fans.
  21. My season ticket is going in the bin. I move all the way from Manchester, follow the United colors, and i still cant get rid of the Berty Blue nose City scum!! My City mates from Manchester are already taking the piss. I hate you City!!! I'm devastated, I'm distraught. I want 4 oclock to come early at work so i can go home and cry.
  22. Cannot wait to see the Hearts again, its been a while. I know we have done shite this season but im really looking forward to a good chant and a few cheeky beers
  23. Looking forward to watching him play. He's the midfield general we need....Hopefully.
  24. Some political football banter on this topic me thinks. I feel the Adelaide game is gonna be interesting.
