We have had enough.

Management of the franchise isn't the problem or the womens team and youth team would be in the same dire state. Clearly they aren't.

The problem is the culture that has affected the mens team and it starts with the mens team coaching staff and the implementation of the philosophy, to that extent the franchise management is responsible however its unclear how much freedom they have to correct the problem. CFG are the level of management that is responsible here, they either need to redirect local management or remove them if for some reason local management has unilaterally decided to sacrifice yet another season although I think that is unlikely. More likely CFG over-estimated JVS' ability and underestimated the extent of the cultural problems in the mens team.

A banner at the last home game saying that we have had more than enough would be a start followed by a letter campaign during the off-season
