Yarraside , Melburnians , they don't own the active. Just a small groups that have taken the lead in coordinating. Active will go on, with or without these blokes at the helm. As long as they dont do anything silly to try and stop active like northern terrace tried. then we continue on. We thank them as they have contributed greatly over the past 9 years, but im sure a new firm will emerge and take the lead or maybe there is no named group and it happens organically.

Its taken me exactly 1 month to get over that last game. So many emotions from just 1 game. I Was going to upgrade this year from Blue to silver/gold , but cannot justify now based on price vs performance. We are $400 more expensive for a family for a gold membership than the other Mob.... The entertainment value** doesn't justify the extra $$$ That and i've got some good seats reserved just behind the tarp that my boy reckons are better seats than the gold we had for the final. I Saved me $800 (Blue vs Gold) , i might have spent more if i thought the club was going somewhere.

My highlight was my boys kicking the ball into the yarra and spending 20 minutes trying to retrieve it prior to kickoff. The maccas choc sundae was also up there also on the drive home.

Is it wrong i tried to poach the coach and assistant on the weekend to be the coach of one of my U8 teams. I haven't given up yet.

Wow - i looked 2 days ago and section 58 still had 50 seats available in the $900 city class section (unless they did the ticketmaster thing of disabling so other seats are selected first)

Does anyone have a membership on the sunnyside A/B class. Trying to work out if i upgrade and go over there, or just keep my behind the tarp seats which are still ok. i Like my space around me which is why im considering that side and not the tunnel side. I Could be the only bloke who is happy with less members Ive sat everywhere in AAMI, but just wondering if the sunnyside is good or no good if i were to camp there for a whole season.

My only disapointment is, im going to the liverpool game in adelaide. If it was announced earlier i would have gone to brisbane, and done the double with this game. It could be worse - they did play adelaide behind closed doors a few days ago. Anyhow, its on TV - all good.

With Prem C , I can see numbers dropping slightly - i only have 4 seats this year as opposed to 6 (+ the extra kids tickets i pick up along the way) I don't plan to sit in my new "C" seats except for Derbys I was looking for B or A , but there were not more than 2 together available , How is this possible?

Npl clubs have little interest in developing players. Junior teams are just a cash cow for the senior team. I can see aleague club academies working and private academies but not npl clubs. Overall the plan is very ambitious. The hard bit is they seemed to overlooked community clubs which account for 90% of footballers. Cant just concentrate on the elite without making grass roots better. Thats where we need the good coaching.

Call them and be persistent. Happened to me at Sydney away bought twice as many as I needed and they refunded me for the extras. Just had to push until they did it. Cheers mate. So time poor today, so really pissed off as it has fukd my day up completely I KNow alot of people that bought them up the victory end because it was not possible to buy them at our end between 9:10am and 10am, Last year i rang em and changed some seats for the same reason - they wanted a $10 fee for the process, i managed to get them to waive it

Id expect there to be . Someone setoff a distress signal. Its there job to see if someone was in trouble. if you want less dont attract em.

I like the cap. Without it the league would fall in heap and we would be back to square 1. Soon there will be more money to spread and you could double the cap - the game is growing and so is its revenue. Currently the cap is 10-20% of a clubs total expense. There is room to make it more . Just a little patients is required
