Deviant
the shit you may find, that makes you ask yourself... is that real? http://www.youtube.com/embed/sQNhPb4vAlg
tomby
Doesn't look that real, if it is real though, the cameraman is a wanker, for just standing there filming it.
stephaniexo
I'll agree; it doesn't look to be real but the smoke near the end does make me wonder.
Raff72
Looks pretty real to me. I've seen someone cop an electric shock in the past and it didn't look alot different.
Braveheart
Defs real. When you do your safety modules for your electrical license they show you the effects that 240v can have on people. Real videos/pics of electrocutions etc, both fatal and serious burns etc. OHTW(Over Head Transit Wiring) is what is used for electrified trains and are fed direct from the High Voltage Grid at, depending on the country, a range of between 110-130kV. Note the K lol If its not real, its incredibly well staged. Edited January 25, 2012 by Braveheart

Braveheart
I would say more than likely somewhere on the subcontinent. Most likely one of India, SriLanka or Bangladesh. Edit Watched again and noticed some Hindi script on a sign. That couple with what sounds like Telegu, I would be pretty certain in saying that its southern india. Brb, changing your username from Braveheart to Sherlock. Wonder why he was on top of the train in the first place. Almost seemed like somewhat of a protest. Definitely a suicide. Somewhat amazed that he was able to remain standing after the first shock and touch the wire again.

Almost seemed like somewhat of a protest. happens quite a lot in india particularly, partly as a protest against ticket prices and partly for other reasons like overcrowding, etc
