  1. Agree with starting one on the bench but in saying that they both play well with the team which has been mentioned above so it'd be a hard choice. I'd give another player a chance over Reid any day though.
  2. For some reason this won't let me quote; just wanting to throw it out there though there's no reason to take the piss out of or act obnoxious toward fellow supporters. People can get into following any code of sport they like at whatever time for whatever reason they may have. It's their choice. Whether they've been following a sport for 3 years, a year or a decade we're all still the same. Fans for one reason - our love of the game. I use to think you lads were decent. After the last few weeks of talks with many of you; I'm beginning to think otherwise. Just try be nice eh? Life's to short to think you're elitist on a forum.
  3. I've been told this is both the best and most frustrating experience in the world. Good luck with it. It must be so excitingggg! Ugh, I'm getting clucky.
  4. Melbourne Knights all the wayyyy! The women's state team at South Melbourne are always ripper to watch as well.
  5. Gifts with thought put into them. Bad Religion & them being in the country soon. When you get an amazing run home with every set of traffic lights you meet being green. Changing lanes and feeling like god/hero because you didn't hit any of the reflectors.
  6. Are you taking a dig at me? Open bars with no restrictions! Hellllll Yeahhhhh!
  7. If it'd done classically and on the right lady I think it looks extremely flattering, but your right... on some it doesn't look so crash hot. Another I'll mention is people being ready on time when I'm meant to be meeting them.
  8. That's what I meant by fitting. There's nothing more attractive then a guy in a perfectly styled/tailored/fitting suit! Ughhh! Thinking about it now makes me want to perv, it's a shame I'm not in the city! 11am - 2pm is like a massive perv fest! Suit shopping with men is also highly regarded. Boys if you need a second opinion formal wear I am more than happy to respond. Going with that, well dressed women. Not particularly in business attire but just covered modestly-ish. Let's go with rockabilly women; most do that well. Swing dresses, hells, red lipstick - you get the drift. Another would be people that smell amazing! Don't mind getting close to anyone who smells brilliant but hasn't marinated themselves in aftershave/perfume.
  9. There's already a topic post for this if you click here that you might be interested in joining instead
  10. Following the first post; men in fitting business suits People taking the time out to appreciate museums. English literature. Burlesque Dancers....reoowwrrrr. Being tall enough to reach the stuff on the highest shelf in department stores/supermarkets without breaking a sweat.

    Food

I like your style of thinking on that.
  12. There's a small place just off of Elizabeth Street on Flinders lane, behind the joint bar that does ace Indian Curry if you're willing to try it out.

    Food

I'm a bit of a hippy so almost anything and anything organic apart from yam has my vote. My favorite meal of the day is a breakfast consisting of olives and haloumi - not sure how healthy that is. I'm a sucker for making anything cutesy so cupcakes, jam tarts, caramel slice, sponge cake, cheesecake, angel cakes, profiteroles, nougat, fudge peanut brittle I could bake until the cows come home for lack of better words. Also anything Greek based I'm more than happy to cook. I'd really like to get into thai cooking but I'm afraid of ruining the dish I'd be creating :/
  14. nothing amazing but it's kept me entertained for the last hour http://au.akinator.com/#
  15. Are Misty's & Soda Rock similar at all menu wise? Never been to Misty's but Soda Rock I'll hit up every few weeks. Is anyone here vego or vegan? Know of any places these kinds can eat without breaking the bank?
  16. I've heard soo many good things about Red/Green Pepper. Any dish in particular you fancy? Another I forgot is Lemongrass on Lygon Street <3 & I understand what you mean about the limited eating options cadete. I'm in the same boat and it makes dinning out freakin' difficult.
  17. Alrighty.... so they say that food is the way to a man's heart and this applies for chick's just as well. Any have any recommendations for places to eat around Melbourne? Dine in or take away? I seem to go to the same places all the time so more variety would be excellent! Here I'll start: Bala's - St Kilda (Thai/Indian) Tomodachi - Melbourne Central (Jap) Remvi by the Bay - Williamstown (Greek) Naked For Satan - Brunswick (Spanish) Vegie Bar - Brunswick (Gluten Free/Vego/Vegan) Cookie - CBD (Thai) Maha Bar & Grill - CBD (Mediterranean) *top idea for anyone considering something for valentines day!
  18. I don't hate her; I just haven't like anything with her in it - her sister though is a different story she produces mad performances. Another show as of late you could consider is Treme. Louis isn't too bad either if you're looking for an uplifting comedy. 30 Rock for the eye candy that is Tina Fey , Deadwood even... wow I watch way too much tv.
  19. Is New Girl actually decent? The fact Zooey D is in it makes me lose interest almost immediately
  20. Here are another two I watched today at work a bit (we have a lot of down time) Dripping with Chocolate -it's a crime drama Suburgatory
  21. This is so close to what I did in years 11/12. I'd be more than happy to help out I'm doing a Journalism major at uni so that's my preferred area but I'm also handy at English which I still study. Hammerhead is doing a History major at uni so feel free to ask him about anything on the Revolutions, I'm sure he'd be handy to help. I can also lend a hand with that as it's my minor. From what I remember when friends did business management it was mostly just common sense with business style sounding words thrown on top! Are they asking you to start a business this year? I know they did in the mid/late 2000's but I'm not sure if that's still happening! If it is, I have my brothers text books from the subject!
  22. Unfortunately eh? Thank you Other suggestions for the comedy side of things I have also include: Curb Your Enthusiasm, Party Down, Black Books, The Mighty Boosh, Psychoville, Brass Eye - again, depends what you're looking for.
  23. Breaking Bad is amazing on soo many different levels especially from a writers perspective. What exactly were you looking for in regards to tv series suggestions? Comedy, drama, romance, action etc? I think 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' is brilliant although I'm yet to meet too many people who agree. Human Giant is also great if you're wanting light/wtf comedy.
  24. I have no idea on how the AFL system works to be honest with you so I can't comment back on that. As on my suggestion for throwing the net far and wide; you may never know what potential coaching talent we can stumble across if we did. Perhaps a coach from the Albanian Superliga or Belgian Second Division etc etc. I think we're all thinking a little too dream-like or in the box when it comes to ideas on who the club might approach & whilst as you said, another JVS isn't going to happen it'd be nice to see the club take a chance and perhaps try poach an out of contract coach from somewhere no one expected. Now I've just confused myself
