reckon, we shouldn't just stop there, there was an obvious lack of leadership on the field last season. Thompson spoke about it, but they (mature players) couldn't inspire, organise the youngsters on the pitch.

rob wielart has captained before. is dutch, therefore english will be decent no doubt. reckon if he's bossing the backline at training, he'll be our captain

Back on topic, would prefer a marquee that would balance the squad and compliment existing players. What's the point of having a Stiker that doesn't have a supply?

Have taken my kids (now 8,6,4) to virtually every home game since season 1. The only came across 3 incidents ( 1 drunk woman making an idiot iof herself and 2 other occasions against sour Victory). The beauty about getting them in young is; my boys promote there club m/ship at school, family events and there junior clubs and there friends have now generated a soft spot for Heart!

He had anger management issues, his attidue stopped him from achieving football greatness earlier. Ever since he began to mature his career took off (just before he got a call up to a-league)

Calling for educational support. Can't ignore the need. Understand the board will not change JA and HF.
We could have all the right players in the world, but lack of leadership and tactical knowledge will cost us next season. It's a fundamental floor in our line up. Heart need to the managers every possible opt to succeed and the need to invest in these 2 guys. I.e. Tactics coaching from JVS. Miron or other. Leadership from Sir Alex Ferguson or other achievable proven leader!! Another assistant coach for game day.....

Studying law, volunteers his time to FFV or maybe Heart (cant recall). i do recall reading an article about him in The Leader or something similar. Cant comment on his on field performance. It's been a while, haven't seen him play. Love his commitment.
