Fantastic will be there. Can't wait.

Based on our lack of results I don't think its too bad the average crowd figures. I am a long time supporter and three years in a row member and plan to keep signing up. I'd like to see our presence at away games improve and more organization and help getting one another to away games.

Everyone's Tony

Have not seen it move for a while now Tony...
-
Does the A-League website ever update the membership tally for all clubs ? its been stuck on the same numbers for a while now.
-
Seems like the clowns at the FFA will put this off ? just makes me wonder what kind of morons are running the game.
Imperative that two teams are added after this season, but these clowns can't seem to understand this.
Just furious....

You can tag along in my car for away trips if you want?
Ok if your serious
-
Thanks FC look forward to making some trips with the group.
-
Does anyone know how many members we ended up with last season?
Surely 8,010 members is a poor result so far , 8,011 I signed up the other day.
-
Apologies if i am posting this in the wrong section, do our fans organize away travel as a group? and if so how do i join away days as i don't have any mates who support the club and think it be a great way to support the club and get to know fellow MCFC supporters.

Might as well repeat the post I made only a few days ago. Pretty hard to draw a lot of conclusions from these numbers. When you look at the whole spreadsheet it's pretty clear that the only stand-out home league attendances we've had apart from the first seven seasons' home derbies (not this season - a marked drop in lack of interest, especially from Victory fans) were those when a real star player was on show - David Villa and Alessandro Del Piero.
IMO we don't have a real star player in the A-League this season, and the so-called marquees are a pretty ordinary bunch, and not particularly good in terms of a marketing focus.
Otherwise, IMO the reasons why the League remains as it is have been pretty well articulated by others above, particularly by @bt50 and @Torn Asunder. As far as City is concerned we have had our best-ever league finish but it's been pretty pedestrian football to watch much of the time, and we just didn't get it right with our visa/marquee positions.
Its poor and needs to lift but how do we lift home crowds ? sad to see so little people at home games really is.
-
Really hope the home crowds pick up this season.

"City Blue" Kit looks excellent, thats what i will end up getting. In saying that im totally at peace with the takeover and the blue kit.
I will also get the home kit with "Budzinski 27 " on the back, this Thursday I will order.
I have come to peace with the blue kit, the takeover is great for Aussie football and our club + our owners show respect towards our traditional colours with our away kit.

Why don't we go for some players from the Balkans ? always decent quality and cheap.
